Lots of sources lie and/or stretch the truth to buy themselves time. That or there's in inordinate number of sources that spend time at hospitals, either for themselves or their loved ones.
This dummy went above and beyond by using multiple handles to bolster sales, trash the competition and post his own blood work. Sending the shill army in to provide distraction from the facts was just the cherry on top.
