Perhaps... but not by bighunanballs. If... and that's a big "if" right now... if you were scammed it was by the people you contacted with an order and to whom you made payment. If you didn't do your due diligence on the vendor and their processes, that's on you and only you.
At least demonstrate some actual balls and name the vendor and salesperson who you claim fucked you over.

Lemme get my well paid litigation team on this asap from all the money I'm generating from source sponsors (who literally constantly refuse to update and ask me to take them off my spreadsheet because They don't want their pricing open sourced like this) who pay me.
I can't verify he got scammed without some kind of proof. We just had another member post that they received a pack. I have no idea what the circumstances are behind him getting ghosted. There have been other sources that have pulled weird shit that ended up delivering in the end so I'm not about to sit here and expend the manpower necessary to constantly keep the tracker updated because people can't make their own decisions. As soon as I pull the source contact sheet off my page everyone's going to bitch and moan and message me incessantly for contacts lol. Can't fucking win and honestly the older I get the more I realize no good deed goes unpunished

And at this day, one month after his (3-5 days), I still have received nothing. At a moment he even told me that he would give me the tracking code "tomorrow", that was a week ago.

The way this DugPrime guy has behaved first of all towards you and then towards everyone else here is outrageous.

When the raws situation started, he was in every source thread asking for stuff despite the sources having already confirmed nothing was available.
Then he comes to your thread to defame you, calling you a scammer and a shill.
I just hope the owner is looking at all this.
No, you can’t blame them either. You only have that source and yourself to blame. I could tell you Joe Schmoe on the corner is legit, I can’t force you to buy from him. You make that decision all on your own.

1. You placed an order with a vendor who is not a "vetted" source on this board, correct?
2. You sought this vendor's "credibility" via DM through another member—other than OP—correct?
3. The vendor was in contact with you as far as 8 days ago, correct?
4. I see the chain of messages—via WhatsApp—of the order made, but no currency amount for pricing. Was price conveyed?
5. I do not see method of payment (e.g. BTC hash). Was there a payment made?

It does appear you were ghosted have you tried emailing them as well? contact them by both methods and let them know you're letting everybody know that you guys are scamming and you'll blast their name all over the boards. Get creative man I don't need to spell it out for you to try to get your money back or get your product. Report back in a few days if there's still no contact.

Um, no. Why don't you try blaming the one person who is actually to blame - yourself! Had you looked at HKOX's account of dealing with Hebei Daochao in this very thread, you'd see that your treatment practically mirrors his own, but keep in mind that his transaction was back in the middle of the summer when everything in this industry was moving smoothly and not in the midst of a Chinese government crackdown on steroid manufacturers and vendors.
You were panicked and desperate to get your hands on some raws, you found someone (anyone) who had raws at a price you could afford, and you jumped. You took risks in a risky market with a vendor you found with very low effort and then want to blame everyone but yourself.
And for the record, Nov 13 to Dec 2 is 19 days and not a month even though you might feel like it has been a month due to your emotional state. Making false claims undermines your position and credibility. Claiming a community member is profiting through bad acts without evidence is defamatory and really kills your credibility.
@bighunanballs you are a better man than I. @DugPrime owes you an apology unencumbered with any excuses or rationalizations. I would have certainly told the little shit to FOAD, but you're still willing to engage him. I tip my hat to you, sir.
