Should soy protein be avoided at all costs on cycle? is it bad to have a little soy protein shake just to get some calories in late night? Also I'm running aromasin ED so does it really matter?

Don't listen to these fools.
Soy is perfectly fine to consume on or off cycle. It's all about moderation as with anything else. Maybe these dudes are shilling for the dairy council.
Lmfao!! I've been vegan for over five years. No worries mon...

There are plenty of vegan choices for protein that are far better and that haven't seen linked to higher levels of estrogen. You'll be fine having it but I wouldn't make it a habit. It could turn you into a vegan conspiracy theory nut.

Gotta get back to work at the dairy council

There are a ample studies that show whey protein has a better absorbtion rate and convesrion than soy.
I will post some when i wake up more.
I am not a member of the dairy council....as a matter of fact the last crop we grew on our farm was 327 acres of soybeans.
As far as it being bad for you....i agree with @Morefyah but unlike him I love a fillet mignon oozing out the life blood and quivering as i slice off that first luscious bite. jus sayin.

No way soy will effect estrogen levels unless your drinking it as your only liquid source, all day everyday.

Soy protein will not directly raise estrogen levels. But it can affect your bodies ability to metabolize estrogen. I wouldn't fuk with it on or off cycle. Did you not look at the ingredients before you bought it, or do you want soy protein?
