Its almost like you don't read what your customers post in your own channel. One of your customers bought from you and got a notice from USPS that the postage label you put on the package was fake. They had to pay the USPS $6.50 in order to receive their package.

They posted the picture of the actual package with label and there is a sticker that says something like "this postage is counterfeit"
If it is not true, why not address it in the discord?

None of your "employees" have commented on the issue.

People are worried about their package getting inspected by the postal inspector and the trouble that may bring.

If the person making the claim about the fake postage/label is lying, you should address it and put a end to it.
