Or maybe hes running low on his raws and having trouble getting them in quick enough especially with all the recent bans and events in china

This is what happens every time we are down to just one or two decent domestic sources. Both are busy. And both know they have us by the short and curlies. So you either deal with it or you are patient and hold your bitcoins until another good source is established here and competition returns.

Well a buddy of mine ordered around mid feb and just got a TD yesterday. Said he did not really care for the email guy but Stan was quick with communication himself over pm. Also said that he received a good amount of extras which was great, even though he did not need to do that because TA was under 7 days which for him was just fine. Sounds like Stan found himself a new satisfied customer.

That is actually the opposite of what my problem is.
It has nothing to do with having you guys by the short and curlies. It's because a bunch of sources either went belly up or got busted. If i was taking advantage of people because of the lack of options i wouldn't have had a sale and i wouldn't have added a bunch of extras to guys that had to wait for longer than normal. I am doing my best to make everyone happy and that is most likely my problem. My only other option would be to cater to a select clientele to provide a better customer service, but even then i would get beat up by those not on the list. I'm not complaining. Just pointing out i have no good options. Only options that are better than others. Just want you guys to know, i truly am doing my best here. I've been around for a very long time and i think it shows that I've put my all into SP. i will make some changes here in the next few days to try and get back on track. Sorry to those that had to wait a while for their packs. I tried to make up for it. Those people that complained and those that layed into me, i completely understand. I deserved it. Sorry, BBBG, that wasn't all directed at you. Just started replying to your post and kept going, lol.
