STANFORD PHARMA. DOMESTIC US. OPEN TO PUBLIC.

I've talked to him on Monday of last week but all the other communications have been with the email guy. He was supposed go get a couple answers for me but I haven't een answered by either one yet. I will say im getting irritated atm, although I've always been a happy with Stan and his services knowing that the time frame is a little longer than most. When you spend good money with someone multiple times and have always remained patient a simple answer to my questions is not a unreasonable request especially since the money has already been sent on good faith on my end.
 
I placed an order May 16th and have yet to receive anything.
I'm not sure what's going on but am currently going on week 6.
At three weeks in, I figured all was fine but am starting to get curious.
I have not had issues with Stan in the past and assume at some point, he will get around to it.
 
Second time posting, second time for Stanford. Placed order June 3rd and paid immediately. Received today. Order shipped on 17th. Responses asking for followup were terse and low on information. That being said, Stan was generous in extra product. 60% increase in one item, 33% increase in another. No bloodwork and little experience in various products, but based on previous order back in January, products are legit with something. Next time I order, I'll place it further out. A little more communication would be nice, but I feel like my wait was certainly recognized.
 
Might be a stand up guy however it seems he could work on his shipping times a bit. Personally, one of the reasons I didn't go with him although that's not to say I won't ever try him out. I just usually like my stuff within 1-2 week period, anything above that for a domestic source seems silly.

Stan hopefully one day you can address the shipping situation. Would definitely like to try some of your products. Thanks.

P.s, just a suggestion, maybe create an email that deals with issues specifically that goes to you and only your private list gets that email.

email guy process the orders. A little weird with people having issues only having to email the email guy only to wait longer for email guy to reach out to you. Seems like a dog chasing it's own tail in a way.

One of the reasons he went private was to improve on TA times and customer service. There's not as many customers bringing up issues like there was, but seems like he's falling behind some. Hope he can work things out and continue to improve.

Got it, make sense. We shall see in a few months if shipping is back on track I'll for sure give it a try.

You need to be on the list in order to try him out.. he’s not taking anymore customers.. if you haven’t ordered before , what makes you think he’s gonna add you to his list of customers

I thought the logic of his going private was to remedy the shit communication and service. Sounds like nothings changed. To many other quality sources doing way more volume than Stanford, having no issues getting packs to land in 4 to 7 days...looks like being on his " Private List" isn't all its cracked up to be....

Whether he is private or not does not dictate who has been emailing with me. With UGLs you never know how many people are on the team, and I am highly skeptical they would tell you the logistics of their operation. With that in mind, I don't ask who I am talking to every time I email. Thus my answer when asked if it was "stan" or the email tech.
