One of the reasons he went private was to improve on TA times and customer service. There's not as many customers bringing up issues like there was, but seems like he's falling behind some. Hope he can work things out and continue to improve.Might be a stand up guy however it seems he could work on his shipping times a bit. Personally, one of the reasons I didn't go with him although that's not to say I won't ever try him out. I just usually like my stuff within 1-2 week period, anything above that for a domestic source seems silly.
Stan hopefully one day you can address the shipping situation. Would definitely like to try some of your products. Thanks.
P.s, just a suggestion, maybe create an email that deals with issues specifically that goes to you and only your private list gets that email.
email guy process the orders. A little weird with people having issues only having to email the email guy only to wait longer for email guy to reach out to you. Seems like a dog chasing it's own tail in a way.

Whether he is private or not does not dictate who has been emailing with me. With UGLs you never know how many people are on the team, and I am highly skeptical they would tell you the logistics of their operation. With that in mind, I don't ask who I am talking to every time I email. Thus my answer when asked if it was "stan" or the email tech.
