Directly on the warmer. You do not want to use water to warm your vials as water is not sterile.

Mine is a coffee cup warmer and you best believe that sucker gets hot. 3-5 minutes is all that’s needed to warm my vials. Any longer and the vials are so hot you can’t touch them.

Sustanon looks good on paper but doesn't end up working out the way it's intended IMO.
Theoretically it should be amazing, sustained release from start to finish in a super long duration. In reality, it's like you said.. a hormonal rollercoaster. Everyone's individual response and release/absorption rates vary so I'm sure it works out nicely for some people though.

Just got another package in, four business days from payment to touchdown. During Christmas mailing season to boot. Stan is as consistent as a metronome and reliable as a John Deere tractor. All vials, as usual, filled to the brim and nice and clear with no cloudiness or floating bits of gras du.

Got my usual, Tren E and Sustanon. Returning to Tren after a break of several months. My last order included several of the 15 ml vials of Primo 200, my first time ever taking Primobolan. I took two ml twice a week. While the product itself was top of the line I have to say I was greatly underwhelmed with the drug. While it worked better for me than anything else I've tried in the past few years, I didn't find it nearly as effective as Tren E. But then I've never found anything else as effective as Tren E.

That's my experience. Your mileage may vary.

Forgot to also mention that I've been using Stan's Cialis for about six months now. It works exactly the way it's supposed to. I generally take it only on weekends because with my present GF that's the only time we're able to get together. Two capsules Friday night generally turn me into Gonad the Barbarian until Sunday night when I have to leave to make the long drive home. FYI I'm a sixty year old man. I highly recommend this product.

For TRT, it's different. Sustanon @ 62.5 mg twice weekly provides fairly stable levels with modest fluctuations which is how testosterone is normally secreted.
Small acute fluctuations within the normal range are physiological, unlike very long esters
