I think 4 hours is very conservative. I take 10mg cialis now for pumps and blood pressure, and unfortunately for me right now I’m single. I swear to Christ I am rock hard all night long. Like 8-9 hours. My doc says they likely go down at times during sleep, but idk. Sometimes I need to piss half asleep and I spray piss all over the toilet seat because I’ve got a full on boner and don’t realize it. Sometimes the boners keep me awake. But my shit works fine when I need it to, no pain or anything.
I really need to divide the capsules and take 5mg. Cialis is some strong shit man.

I think they do that when other treatments don’t work, like taking aspirin, pseudoephedrine and/or benadryl etc don’t work. I had priapism twice last year without taking dick pills, unless they accidentally pressed it into my other meds lol, got to the point my whole groin was hurting so I took aspirin and Benadryl and it went down, 2nd time I took those but I forced out some pee before the meds kicked in and it went down. I honestly wish I were still getting boners like that lol.
R&r may of been a thief, and his oils which I don’t trust (at least mine) had crystals floating but his viagra felt like Indian pharma viagra, gave me that red face, stuffy nose, headache and rock hard boner lol
