On another note - has anyone ordered SP’s aromasin and noticed it is crystally? Not sure if this is normal. I know it needs a good shaking.

I ordered SP's masin about a year ago and it is good stuff. Almost too good as Ive felt crashed a couple of times on it but thats probably just my fault. Lol
How do you dose your Aromasin? 12mg eod?
