One hit of pot though you should be alright, that probably won't put you over the detection threshold. just make sure it's not the first piss in the morning and drink a lot of water the day before and the day of but not too much, if it's too diluted that will bring extra scrutiny
 
@Ryno1980 if you only took one hit and it has been a while since your last one and you passed your own screen like a Walmart test.... You're going to be fine. So just don't give them your first or second piss in the morning. Drink a quart or two of water.... Are you probably know if you drink too much water it will come back dilute and youll have to take another one in 3 days anyway. Now this is arguable but a lot of people say one hit won't even register now if you do it every week it will but if you took one hit once a month I don't think it would ever register.

If your drug test is at 8am then don’t let it be your first piss. A lot of the metabolites settle in your urine at a higher concentration for your first piss of the day after you haven’t peed all night long.

If you are chugging water all day, it won’t matter so much. If you aren’t chugging water and just want to maximize your chances, then yes, shoot the first second down the toilet as it is your “dirtiest” pee then shoot the remaining into the test cup. Last bit of your piss should be as clean as the mid pee.

It was at 4pm... everything went ad planned... pissed several times before I went in... sucks tho.. he said they wouldn't send it in till next Friday and it takes a week after thst so basically I gotta wait 2 weeks to know if I passed

I would think... but that's exactly what he did... had me seal it with a little red strip and put it in a bag... stuck it in a mini fridge and said it would go oUT next friday...

First thing that crossed my mind was he now has a defense incase this shit goes bad. Any attorney can beat that and twice on Sunday! And you've never tested positive so far why now start now when your almost done would be your defense also? I was on probation for almost 5 yrs and never did they do some crazy shit like that. All my results were instant. I was either going home after the visit or straight to jail lol.

No way it should sit there for a week. It either gets mailed out to a lab that day or tested on the spot. It isn’t shit for someone to take it out the fridge, alter the sample, then put red tape back on it. That’s horseshit on his part imo.
 
I thought the only point of having temperature strips on the bottle was to make sure you weren’t using someone else’s piss or diluting it with water. The strips make sure it’s at body temp when deposited and after that it doesn’t matter what the temp is.

They don't have the strips on parole.. don't need it.... they literally watch it dribble out your dick in to the cup... I mean like over the shoulder looking down and there is a mirror so they can see all.angles... I like to pull my pants all the way down so he has to decide whether to look at my dick or my ass...

That tape doesn't come off and he should have had to initial across the tape onto the lid as well
