I don’t think that sight enhancement is backed by science however, I prefer to do it that way myself... Seems like it is more effective.

Back when Arnold and other lifters did their thing they did it on instinct, trial and error along with other methods not backed by science at the time... they just knew what worked and didn't work.. today we would call it "bro science" but guess what..... that "bro science" they did, that wasn't backed by science eventually became facts and soon was found by science to be true.

So it might not be backed by science now... but if you see results keep on doing it... because if Arnold only listened to science he would not be what he was.
