I just wanted your guys opinions just started suston and tren e cycle
Have some tbol laying around would u throw it in iv never ran it ?
Fucking love tbol, only other oral I’ve ran is var tho so don’t have comparisons for u. I get bp issues so I can’t fuck with drol or dbol. And trying to hang onto my limited hair so Winnie’s out lol. Anyway, tbol works quick, decent strength and size, and without the sides other orals apparently have. I had no sides. Well bacne by I even look at an aas and get bacne. Melts your liver tho of course. Recently discovered tudca, check it out if u haven’t bro. But yeah, glad sp got tbol will def be grabbing some

Alright folks. Been synthesizing products today. Good news/bad news. Bad news first. Didn't realize i was out of tren no ester so it's gonna be a while before i can get the pwo injectable going. Once i do get it done i will offer it at a really good price for the wait. Good news is the test cyp/primo combo is available. Limited supply. It's test cyp @125mg and primo @ 125mg per ml. No labels yet. Should be about 3 or 4 days for labels to all those that it matters to. Offering the blend at $50 per vial. Thank you.

What's your typical back routine look like?

Pretty straightforward. During meet training I train back two days each week.

The first day is
deads (rep and weights depend on my programming and vary each week but I rarely do more than three reps per set)
lat pulldowns 4 sets
seal rows 5 sets

Day 2
pull ups 5x6
low pulley rows 4 sets
bent rows 4 or 5 sets

I pyramid all of the assistance movements. Weight moves up each set while reps go down. Seal rows would look something like 15x135, 12x155, 10x175, 8x195, 5x215.
All pull ups are from a dead hang start. Bent rows I go much lighter on than I used to with top set at 225 or 235 concentrating on good form and really feeling the movement in my lats.

When I'm in a volume heavy benching phase I will add pull ups a third day each week to try to somewhat even out the number of pulling reps each week with the number of pushing reps.

That's it. No specific trap or lower back work as I feel I get enough on my deads for my purposes.
