Yeah sust is great at first but after running it for 12 weeks ended up getting some major gyno. Ended up taking 1mg arimidex ED, could’ve been bunk AI but I doubt it

1mg of Arimidex every day for an extended period of time, probably longer than 7-10 days will most likely have your E2 at zero. Ask me how I know. Have you ever had E2 at zero? Fucking feels like death. Had to get some Dbol to get it back up as soon as I could. Still feel like shit.

For me, especially when running Sustanon on top of my TRT, and while taking any other aromatizing compounds, E2 is hard as fuck to control. Be careful.

Aromasin , 12.5mg EOD for every 300mg of Test
(or every 600mg of bold for example -- adjust if the compound automatizes much less than test).
has been a very good protocol for myself (I know we are all different but it could be a good basis that you guys can then adjust from).
Skip a dosage or do back-to-back days if you feel too low/high and of course get bloods to really dial in.
I like my E2 a little low in the mid teens pg/mL is where I feel best. More gains at higher E2 (more igf-1 and AR receptors etc) but I just feel like shit with any E2 above the mid 20s and I get gyno in the high 30s /low 40s pg/mL. I have gyno naturally prior to AAS so even natural ideal E2 levels aggravate it. Mid teens pg/mL is the sweet spot for me and I get that at 12.5 Aromasin per 300mg test.

Yeah my E2 has been crash for about 3 months now while on trt been taking letro ED to kill the gyno (I know not the best) I just came off 2 days ago, it made the lumps go down a lot and you can only tell whenever it’s hot outside. I’m bout to order some ralox tho and do a cycle of that to try and get rid of it all.

Why not take a SERM to reduce the gyno?

I had the letro on hand so I used it but that’s what I’m getting the ralox for, didn’t want to take nolva because the negative affects on IGF.

Raloxifene, like some other SERMs, also suppresses IGF-1 (not that you fit the description of subjects in these studies, and we all respond differently, but it may be of interest):

Even if it does reduce IGF-1, It should not be a big deal and the gyno is likely a more immediate priority.

I control my e2 when I don't do bloods by gauging the amount of water my face is holding .. I can just feel the sluggishness in my cheeks and lips and I know it's time to dose my AI .. then wait for my face to bother me again and boom dose again .. depending on my test dosage every 3-5 days I dose ai

You worried more about igf-1 or gyno? Also to my knowledge too low of e2 hinders gains and it being crashed for 3 months isn’t helping.

Like I said I used the letro because I had it on hand, I tapered off. I am now jumping on a SERM. The only reason I even mentioned IGF lvls was because the rolax isn’t as bad as nolva, and has proven to work better for gyno, which is what I’m using now.

9 weeks tomorrow. Had enough prop and mast to start today with the tren I’ve been running for 2 weeks. Focusing now on tightening up the abs, slimming the waist and toning it all in at the right time. Been on stair stepper 3 times a week just 10 min. All Stanford gear
