What's up fellas. Just got some bloods drawn. Wanted to relay the info. If your running EQ deff donate ev 6 weeks. I haven't and this is first time running eq. Never had a issue with high hematocrit. Came back at 51 5 weeks into blast.

I give blood every 8 weeks regardless what I’m taking..

Basically living off white fish and veggies right now but man is it worth it. Don't get me wrong, I'd kill for a burger or pizza lol

Omg dude that reminds me, I was at Walmart last night.... They had a sign in the frozen food section that said "spaghetti pie" I didn't look at what it was.. . But wouldn't that be.... Lasagna?

I’m also donating regularly, 8 weeks after whole blood and 16 weeks after double reds...I’m O- so they push for double reds every time.

What was your normal range at?? 5 weeks seems pretty quick to jump to 51.5

@Roger rabbit you give terrible advise. I did the 1,000 reps of calves you recommended and 20 minutes of stairmaster doing calf raises. Now the tendons on the back of my knees are in severe pain. I can barely walk. Hope you feel good about yourself

If i could add up all the gear i dropped/wasted it would be disturbing, lol.
