Stay positive things will come around it’s about keeping healthy mindset. Dislocated my elbow almost two years ago was real fkn bad. Muscles looked deformed had 6 months of physical therapy was bench pressing a broom stick. No bs sht was depressing n fkd me up big time. But I got back to where I was which I never though would of happened. I no my elbow isn’t like a back injury but stay possible n hopefully. Nothing good come from negativeness. So I have sp var. Its in 50mg capsules and wondering what the easiest way to split them up? 25 in the am and 25 at night. Do I have to just bite the bullet and recapsule them all? I don’t have a digital scale either. Just not real excited to get on it. Lol
Pull the capsule apart, pour out powder, cut it in two equal ish piles. Stuff one back into the capsule, stick the other in a little water and drink it

Why split it at all?
I dry up on 100ed. It has a short half life so it’s more stable split. Guess that’s my reasoning. I could be way off though

I have his oral suspension and 50mg var capsules. The suspension looks like bull seaman, but def easier to break down dosage. Recommend buying it if you don’t like the 50s.
i would have much rather did that. Minus the bull semen

Hmmmm I’ve always just popped one an hour or so before the gym and called it good. Never tried splitting it up. Maybe I’ll give it a go next time I run 100mg a day
I do the same 100 mg a day 1-2 hours pre workout
