I'm new to tap talk im 36 years old 220 lbs and 5'10" been lifting sense I was 16 took a few years off in mid 20tys here to get advice get advice about lifting and talk to people that are in to the same stuff as me i have been benching with Dumbbells lately using 135lbs that's the biggest my gym has I still use the bar every other week to mix it up usually start off with 225 go up to 365 some times if I feel good I will do 405 depends on the day I don't do a lot of heavy dead lifts I go kinda light im always scared to hurt my back and miss work hope my last post was not to out of line never been on tap talk or any kind of social board like this
