I'm worried about ex wife bringing up steroid use in family court. I have never been violent or arrested, but still worried. Has anybody out there had to deal with this issue. She filed a temporary protective order saying I pushed her to be a bitch. There is also child custody in question.

She trying to make you look violent that way she can get full custody of the kids so she will probably say you use steroids to fuck you over But if you have never been violent or temper around kids. Ask judge for your children to have their own lawyer and most of time it's free and lawyer will talk to kids and kids say nothing but positive stuff about their father you will be golden and she will look like a liar and judge will be reluctant to believe her had similar experience with my divorce

Never ever admit to using. Cardinal rule. You don't use steroids. You have no idea what this bitch is talking about. NEVER admit shit. No surer way to screw yourself. Clean house and make sure you can pass a piss test. For ALL schedule drugs.

This. It's called a guardian ad litem, they are court appointed. They advocate solely for the best interests of your children. That said, once you go down that road if the GAL doesn't think you are stable or the best option for the kids, you're screwed. You ask for a GAL you're going to be bound by their determination, so have your shit together.

After that guy in Florida killing all those gays was found to be a steroid user they were like it was the juice.it sucks because its a misunderstood hormone not even a drug.it needs more studies and hopefully California will legalize it like pot there are trt clinics every couple miles now

I've got family court this Thursday.. I worried that my ex will bring up my steroids use to the judge.
Do you have an Attorney? If so, why didn't he file for a Maintain of Status Quo? This merely states everything has to stay as is, until the divorce is final. Financial, children and their schools, etc... I also agree with you need to be able to pass a drug test.

Usually the biggest ploy is to paint you as either abusive or a pedophile. It's the usual first move from any woman in a non agreed to divorce. If she knows about your steroid use then she will more than likely use it depending on how your marriage ended. Family court in general is heavily favored towards the woman in all aspects. Good luck sir, family court is about the most unfriendly place for any man to be.
And drug abuser but in cali over the last 5 years they have been pushing 50 50 mom and dad even with dui position and other criminal charges they have been in this kids will be less likely to evolve into crime with both parents.
Had a similar situation a couple years back. Went to court argued over the usual shit with lawyers, judge asked me if I had used AAS I told the judge no the judge asked me if I would do a drug screen for that purpose only, at the time I was barley ok hadnt ran a cycle for a good 4 montha or so but my lawyer told me to do the test so it satisfied the court and for the kids. So unfortunately I had to take the test and fortunately I passed it.the test was a Hair follicle test I had taken at lab Corp went back . Total fucking bullshit. But luckily I passed and I agree JUST KEEP YOUR FUCKING MOUTHS SHUT, WOMEN WILL USE SHIT AGAINST AT ANY POINT IN TIME WHEN IT SATISFYS THEM!! Sucks but that's the God honest truth. So keep it quiet lol.

Agreed, don't tell her, women will find anything and everything to hold against you at the worst times. And if you have kids, you bet your being tested and the eyes of the court will look at you like a different person then you are.
