I do every other day, so calves on day, abs the next, calves, abs, etc etc. I try to tie calves in with me leg days, as abs are brutal after legs.

Switch it up, one day hit a lot of hanging leg raises, bicycles, laying leg raises, etc.

Another day hit crunches and side crunches

Next do some weight pull downs

Here's an example, I stole this from Kai Greene, and I love it-

50 crunches
25 side crunches each side
50 leg raises (2 sets of 25 if you're gassed)
Another 25 per side of side crunches
25 Back crunches

I do this routine once a week

48 hours later maybe I'll hit 5 sets of hanging leg raises till failure followed by some bicycles
 
Also, throughout the day, do some vacuums, for as long as you can stand it, I want you to feel like you're going to implode. Do that maybe 4 or 5 times a day. Tighten those abs up, and have a better mind-muscle connection.
 
I was a bit fat from 14 years old to 21. Not really fat, just soft. I have most of the fat on my stomach and legs/ass. Probably it's that... I was 155lb and still no 6 pack, could see my ribs tough ahah

This is similar to what I do. I use the ab roller alot too. Once I started rotating between calves and abs my chicken legs started to pop.

calves need to be abused man! Work those fuckers! I love seeing the idiots on the calf raise machine with like 50 plates, moving it 1/8" of an inch, lol

Yea I see that often, even on the leg press machine. I do full extension with moderate weight. Straight up, toes pointed in and toes pointed out.

But hey.. I'll just have to sweat more and work harder. Already improved a lot compared how I was before.

Everyone starts somewhere. The sucky part about being skinny fat though is you either have to become straight up skinny or chubby before really starting to find your physique, depending on whether you choose to cut or bulk first from that starting point.

Wait a minute.. What am I thinking... that's what steroids are for [emoji13]
