I do every other day, so calves on day, abs the next, calves, abs, etc etc. I try to tie calves in with me leg days, as abs are brutal after legs.
Switch it up, one day hit a lot of hanging leg raises, bicycles, laying leg raises, etc.
Another day hit crunches and side crunches
Next do some weight pull downs

I agree, im 6ft 218 with visible abs.These numbers just don't add up. At 6', 182 you should have visible abs. You don't need to LOSE muscle to have visible abs...

calves need to be abused man! Work those fuckers! I love seeing the idiots on the calf raise machine with like 50 plates, moving it 1/8" of an inch, lolThis is similar to what I do. I use the ab roller alot too. Once I started rotating between calves and abs my chicken legs started to pop.

I was a bit fat from 14 years old to 21. Not really fat, just soft. I have most of the fat on my stomach and legs/ass. Probably it's that... I was 155lb and still no 6 pack, could see my ribs tough ahah
