Does it mean no carbs anywhere else the before workout and after or to decrease it?

I split carbs breakfast and post workout only, during maintenance and on bulk I Add carbs to pre workout and everything before it.

When I cut I prefer to limit the carb intake only to pre and post workout.
If my workout is mid day or in the evening I see no point in having carbs in my breakfast.

I even quite dextrose from my post workout shake and doing great without that "insuline spike". Hidrolized protein 100%.

do you keep the same idea while bulking? what about when you are at maintenance?

I up my carbs when I bulk.

I really adjust them based on how I look when I wake up. If I'm dry looking, add carbs. Too soft, reduce. I try to keep visible abs during a bulk. If the abs are gone, bulk is OVER
 
Ya I have been focused on eating
everything in site and then some more I pretty sure it's the eq. But it's time I tighten my diet up cuz I'm getting soft in the mid section
 
Problem is when i bulk I'm around 400gr of carb. I have to split it in more then two times. Can't eat 200gr carb prewo and 200gr postwo. It's a shit load of stuff.

I then split 100gr prewo - 100gr postwo and the rest between breakfast and lunch. Dinner and night no carbs. Even while bulking.

While I cut well I reduce around 150carb so it's easier. Prewo and postwo.

I never had a 6 pack so it's hard for me to judge that way. I'm 6.0" 182lbs I'm underweight at the moment... If I wanted a six pack I would have to lose even more muscle/fat... And look too skinny. So I'm trying to reach 200lbs and then focusing on cutting.

I'm not gonna go over 20% BF, abs visible if not relaxed and pulling down the skin it's my way of knowing I'm still ok with my BF. If I can't even see it that way... Then It's time to stop eating ahaha :)

These numbers just don't add up. At 6', 182 you should have visible abs. You don't need to LOSE muscle to have visible abs...

I don't have... they are barely visible, I have probably to much fat on me. I know I don't need to lose muscle, but to lose fat you gonna lose a bit of muscle, especially if you are not on cycle while you cut.

On a very good day they are like this.

I would increase water intake, start your workouts with abs, don't finish with abs (4 days a week should be solid) and reduce carbs.
 
I don't shave guys :) sorry, will never do it.
I was born as a man and have the luck to not have to shave, so I say fuck it and don't do it ahahah :) I know it's much better without bodyhair but it's to much of a pain in the ass to wax and if you cut them they grow stronger, so naaaaa

I'll do more abs, I train abs once a week mainly :(
Carbs will stay at 200 until I bulk again on tren in august, but hey... will see if I can improve before that time :)

I'll do it. Can I do: monday tuesday thursday friday? Or It's better to not train them for two day consecutive?
How many reps and set should I do of abs and calves? I usually do 6-8 set x15-20 of abs.
Calves 4x30-40.
