as a natural I was 22 e2.
I feel the best at no higher than 30.
but i get achey joints probably around 10-15.
so i aim for 25 and i dose a.i and test daily.
I also get gyno around 60-70 depending on the compounds
and I get very moody at 50+

i been yo yoin for a majority of the year unfortunately, been as high as e2 81 pg/ml @300 mg wk test c) , dropped my test c to 200 mg wk & took arimidex aggressively @3 mg week, almost crashed my e2 to 17pg/ml , was doing hcg and retested e2 and it was back over 70 pg/ml so now ive been on just 1 mg Arimidex split twice a week, i have dropped the hcg and will retest in a few weeks,,,,

you can split your adex up more, 2x a week adex isnt good, because its a non-suicidal inhibitor unlike aromasin and its half life is about 2 days. This would make it hard to get accurate blood testing aswell.
i think do reccomend people with estrogen problems use adex though

Hi, I'm on 90mg ED (minus the hCG) and with Asin 25mg EOD my last E2 came out at 36 ng/L. Bloodwork taken 24hs after test and Asin.
3 weeks ago my E2 was 42 ng/L at the same dosages.

So you’re on double the T, the same AI, and your e2 is half of mine.
Loosely speaking, that means I aromatise 4x more than you. The HCG adds some E2 of course. Maybe I just absorb the T well

Even 250 IU HCG 2 times a week skyrockets my E2, so if I take it outside cruise the edema and bp becomes unmanageable.

These are the results on 15mg test enanthate every day. No HCG. No AI.
I am ignoring the testosterone result, as the test was a finger-prick test and the sample was most likely contaminated with the residual topical testosterone that is probably everywhere in my house at this point.
I guess I’m either a high aromatiser, or I absorb the testosterone well.
I’m now doing:
45 TE ED
100iu HCG ED
25mg exemestane ED
I’m not happy taking such a HUGE LIKE XBOX exemestane dose, but I’m more not happy having e2 so high.

I thought I was a high aromatiser, but not that much.
I have managed to dial in my TRT now at 100mg Test Undecanoate per week, with 6.25 mg of aromasin 3 times a week.
Test is at 35 nmol/l (about 1000 ng/dl) and estrogen right above the lower end.
Tried for 2 weeks doing 6.25mg aromasin every 3 days and estrogen went up, felt like shit, and now I am back at 6.25 ai 3x week and feeling good again.
I am not planning to do big cycles but if I do they will be low test and the rest some primo or masteron.
We are not all built the same.
Edit: I don't take HCG. Small balls make my small cock look not so small.

-45mg TE EoD
-80mg transdermal testosterone ED (roughly equivalent to 13mg TE ED)
-200iu HCG EoD
-25mg exemestane ED
The TE and HCG were taken 24 hours prior to blood draw. The transdermal TRT was applied 18 hours prior. The exemestane was taken 16 hours prior.
I’ve had awful ED during this time. I was hoping my e2 would come back low so I could take less exemestane lol.
What do I do now lol

every time i add hcg it skews my e2 outta control, maybe try Arimidex to lower it? It doesn't seem Aromasin is helping, maybe you don't respond well to that AI?or you could test the aromasin and see if its up to par, unless its from a legit pharmaceutical company
I think he should switch over to Letro. neither aromasin nor Arimidex can cross the blood barrier in the testes, while letro can reduce estrogen from hcg by crossing it. just be careful with dosing

Is the high progesterone cause for concern?
Anastrozole did work a bit better than exemestane at lowering my e2, but maybe I simply don’t absorb exemestane as well. If that’s the case I don’t mind taking a higher exemestane dose.
It’s UGL exemestane, but even pharma anastrozole had a hard time lowering my e2
HCG didn’t seem to make any difference to my e2. As when I dropped the HCG my e2 came back at a record high.

you can try letro. it will bring cost down. there is nothing wrong with letro

i would definitely test that asin if you are going to continue "trying" to use that, maybe look into other AI's , and usually when your E is in check your progresteron usually will follow, unless your using compounds known to skew prog levels, , Dialing in estrogen levels while taking hcg can "and will be tricky" some never get it,,,,

Thanks. I’ll see if I can get some letro when QSC is back.
It’s gotta be legit, as with no AI my e2 would be 5x higher. If I can’t get letro I’ll test my 50000mg of exemestane raws and take that instead of the UGL tabs I’ve been using.
My e2 is in range, so I’m not sure why my progesterone isn’t.
No order pharma grade. It’s very dose sensitive
