Honestly, it has been a shit show.
Yesterday I ate 8 eggs and a t bone for breakfast, 2 oikos triple zeros as a snack, 3 protein shakes, 4 chicken breasts, close to 1.5 lbs of beef, 3 pork chops and I'm sure a lot of other shit that I am trying to mentally block out.
It has been ridiculous. I couldn't run this much EQ on a cut, it would be impossible. But, I'm not putting on any fat at all, and adding some lean mass. Not going to change A THING until that stops.
Probably around 6200-6500 calories, more or less. It changes depending on what I'm working that day.
