Exactly my point and Why i started using.
I dont wanna go skinny anymore, I was horrible and I believe it's easier to cut with muscle on you then when you are skinny as fuck.

So I want to reach 200lbs slowly adding muscle and keeping my BF on check. When I'm around 200lbs I'll then cut back to 190-185. And will repeat as much as I need to reduce my total fat.

That's the plan. Will see how it goes. :)

Its easier for me to build muscle than lose fat. Let muscle building be your number 1 goal. I dont care about my weight, I care about how I look.

All you can do is read these threads and make up your own mind. Plain and simple. You have to do the research!

You'd probably spend 3 months researching new cars before buying one.

You'd take months or longer to choose a new home to buy.

You can put in a couple of weeks studying this as well. You need to read the threads thoroughly and make a decision based on your readings.

No respectable member of meso is ever going to give a straight up G2G. That mistake has been made too many times. Quality from any ugl can change when the wind blows. You have to read and draw your own conclusions and either jump in or not based on what you read and how you feel. Also no respect to anyone that joins and starts source fishing without contributing. Spend some time here reading. It doesn't take long to figure out how things work here.

I'm still fairly new here but even before I started posting anything, I looked around man, and I sure as hell didn't ask anyone for a source. If you have read around like you say you have in your later post, you'd see new members asking for sources and getting stomped out real quick. Just some advice, read, read, and read some more. Eventually you'll find what you need. But don't expect to be handed any info. You have over 100 pages on this thread alone, I'm sure you can find what you're looking for, just gotta open your eyes man.
