I give credit where it is due and this is an example of great customer service. This is how all sources should handle things because if they believed in their product and respected their customers there is not other way.

I hope it gets sent off and that both the seller and customer understand and are happy with the outcome. I feel a lot better now seeing this reply since I have recommended this source to many people.

Sounds good to me I'd be more than willing to get it tested. I think this is more than generous. I'm not one to take freebies so just replacements would be fine with me. I just want what we all want. Decent gear that's got the correct label on it. Lol.

I will say I pinned some prop from pharmacom yesterday that I got from the promo in my left delt to try and get my E2 back up as quickly as I can and I can feel the PIP but it's nothing like other prop I've used. It's barely noticeable but it's there.

That test e I never once had pip on. But keep in mind I only pinned my glutes switching back and forth from left to right. I was mixing the test e with the EQ in same shot and no pip at all. But I think the PIP theory would just be kicking up more dust because that can all come down to technique and injection site. I haven't pinned my delt in a while so I would have to pin my glute to get a better read on it.

My take on all of it was u have good orals which I thoroughly enjoyed so for u to underdose test would make no sense to me. The mislabeling would make a lot more sense. Rarely do u get good orals and shit oils IME.

I'm not telling anyone to run away from pharmacom. I told u I would post bloods and I did and unfortunately it was not what I expected. Thanks for stepping up and being willing to make it right.

I've said it before and I'll say it again I have nothing bad to say about pharmacom except for this bad run of course which could just be a mix up. Still sucks cuz I crashed my E2 and my girl may leave me but hey We are playing with our homones and that's what happens.

Jk though My girl is not leaving me she's just a little upset at me. She'll get over it in a couple of days though I'm sure once I get my shit back in order. I've never crashed my E2 before and I never wanna do it again! That's for damn sure!

I never really cared for labmax but It may be a good idea to invest in more labmax kits for things like this just for peace of mind. So call me a born again believer I guess lol
 
looking for some feedback from those that have ordered from the U.S., looking to try some Tren E and Deca but always a bit skeptical of ordering international...

don't even let it bother you. I posted LM and get criticized when results are not perfect; I post mid cycle bloods and get complaints that I should have taken a different dosage (lol like my cycle is design for their preference instead of my personal goals and how my body reacts) and should have got bloods taken on a different date earlier than 4th week (because again, I guess my choice of when to take mid-cycle bloods should depend upon their fucked up theories instead of my own needs and goals)...

my point is that we will never understand their lack of logic and lack of appreciation. Just do your thing and know good people are very grateful because none of us owe anyone info or help -- it is a blessing when we get good data!

It was never brought to my attention till now but it can happen. Honestly, I've rarely encountered cases of missing "quality control" badges or any other stickers recently.

Even so, logos or not, PharmacomStore is an authorized Pharmacom distributor and the oldest reseller, starting from 2008. Purchasing from us you have the authenticity guarantee, even if the order is shipped from my warehouse or from Pharmacom factory, in Asia.

If you ordered from me, I'll send you another Deca 300 vial with the ceramic logo on and meanwhile we can get that other one tested or labmaxed on my expense.

Please PM so we can solve this!

I would love to run a business that can prevent all problems from happening instead of offering compensatory solutions afterwards.
Brings no satisfaction to me when my customer service acts like a lifeline in such a problem. I understand what impact a failed cycle can have on a person, from the financial part of the problem to messing up a competition preparation, personal life or health.

I always carry with me a responsibility that brings me beyond of being just a regular seller that tries to sell his merchandise. Increasing the sales and making more money is indeed a goal but I consider it ethically and morally wrong to be driven only by that no matter what.

Thank you for posting the blood results and I would appreciate if you would do the same with the new vials.
I'm always offering 100$ store credit for members sharing their lab results so it would be nice if you would accept all the freebies, including the 300$ store credit compensatory offer ... MESO would really benefit from your objective feedback done on multiple products.

This year we had an ETA of 6-7 days to USA, both East and West Coast for 95% of our shipments.
Shipping success rate stays at 100% for the last 4 years.

We can also ship directly from the factory, from Asia with an ETA of 2 weeks. Our current warehouse is preferred thanks to a more efficient and secure delivery.

Well I'm already feeling a little better and I will definitely get bloods on anything I run from any source, but I'm not going anywhere else just because of this setback. So I'll accept it and get bloods again for sure. You have my word on that.

I pay $64 for two 1 mil Hikma test-c vials from Walgreens. Obamacare eliminated my Watson 10ml vials for $90 .

As long as it's testing well , Pharmacoms a much better deal :)
