You know, as of late, it seems to me anyway, Darius and his Team have been slipping. Darius tells everyone, pretty frequent I might add, they respond to communication in 8-10 hours. This hasn't been the case with me, and other Meso brothers lately. Darius and his team also say their 100% from the EU Warehouse, again, pretty regularly as well. How can you say your 100% when you never have stock and everything has to be shipped from the factory? That number is a bit off in my opinion. If you in fact shipped 100% of the EU Warehouse orders received from the EU Warehouse and still never had a seizure, that would be 100%. If you re-route an order from the EU Warehouse, to the Factory and it gets Seized, that counts against the EU Warehouse! Maybe I'm wrong, but having worked in logistics before, I'm pretty certain this is how you figure out shipping times and days and %, not blaming the factory for something the EU Warehouse couldn't fulfill. Why Is it so hard to get a stock update, so brothers and sisters here at Meso know in advance and can make their own choice if that want to chance shipping from the factory? It's like pulling teeth! Darius, you've had a pretty good track record for a long time, please don't start getting sloppy now....
 
I'm sorry if I offended any WKM here. I usually try to speak with one first to get their input on the topic at hand, but I did speak with one about a month ago on this very same issue related to stock. Again, thank you for your help and input, this is what makes Meso so great.
 
Well, finally Darius just told me straight up in a PM, some of his team has had the first weekend off since 2013! They are sorry they couldn't respond in the 8-10 hours as advertised. Again, this should be told to the Meso community as a whole, not tell everyone it will be 8-10 hours if it won't be!
 
How can you say your 100% when you never have stock and everything has to be shipped from the factory?

Sir, with all due to respect you're a member here since 10th of June so when you say "NEVER" I hope it's related to that time frame of 1 month period you've been here because I can assure you that you wouldn't be browsing now on one of the most discussed threads here if we were to claim and advertise false stuff.
The volume of e-mails you guys are sending is HUGE and us, unlike other sources we're not using a superficial ticketing service with automatic replies that's only related to payment and shipping problems. My guys are responding with calm and lots of details to all of your issues and inquiries and that requires time.
I had one of my guys having his first off weekend since 2013 and he couldn't reply to some e-mails for 2 non-working days. If that caused so much problem, I apologize but all the other procedures weren't affected and everything else functioned normal.

Just because we showed a maximum level of communication throughout the years now apparently we're being suffocated by our own good deeds, receiving at least 200 e-mails ED with absurd and commonplace questions and many asking for advise, cycle planning and support.

Regarding the shipping success rate, I mentioned it very clear for several years now. Shipments from EU, which are shipped from the premium warehouse have a shipping success rate of 100% to US. We're already working on a solution for giving real time stock updates.

Sir, it is less than 12 hours for several years now to get a reply from us. You didn't get a reply in the advertised period of time this weekend, it took more, so what's the major issue here that needed to be told to the community? You didn't placed an order with us, it wasn't a major issue like a payment hold up, a seizure or a big delay.

If my colleague's father died on Thursday and he went to funeral on Saturday and he could only got back to work on Monday was that such a major problem? All other important tasks were handled by someone else. Payment pick up and shipments functioned normally.

Questions like the one you placed, about a stock availability or an ETA from a certain warehouse are of course important to us but not top priority when a member of our team has a personal problem and it needs several days to get it fixed.
 
Darius, I never said you weren't busy, or that I expected a reply on the weekend. Your missing my point. Yes, I month posting on Meso, I guess your saying to get the customer service you advertise only applies to WKM's? I'm simply asking to not tell Meso something that isn't happening! You just told a member a few posts back, that I supported you and your team on, regarding weekend communication. However, you went on to tell the brother your team is there on weekends and do reply in 8-10 hours. You told him to check his spam folder. When I say "never" yes I'm referring to my inquires. I can't comment on anyone else's time with the Meso community, but your correct, June 10th for me. How does this make anything different? Every time I have asked, there is no stock on what I'm asking about. So for my short time here on Meso, yes, it has been never for me. However, I'm going to change my wording. I haven't had any luck with stock from your EU Warehouse. The 100% is my reason to order from there, but I can't take advantage of this if you can't deliver the product from there. Thank you for you contribution in helping everyone with their cycles, but I was speaking about the 2 very touted qualities you speak about that you and your team have. 100% shipping from EU and the 8-10 hour reply time. Sorry if I seemed rude, this wasn't what I wanted it to seem like.
 
Sir, I'm actually speaking of my email from July 2nd, asking if the product is ever stocked at EU, or only at the factory. I havent received a reply on this email. Only that it wasn't in stock as of 30 minutes ago. Sorry to hear about his loss, my prayers go out to him and his family.
 
I think a quick post every couple weeks on what products are available for immediate shipment from EU warehouse may be helpful to guys planning what they will order.
You wouldnt even have to include an inventory count, just post what you know you have the most of that is readily available for shipping.
i.e. "Hey guys we have plenty of Pharmatest C and Pharmatest P on hand ready for immediate shipment." This way guys know before they order. This would cut down headaches for everyone, but especially you. Just a thought Darius.
 
Remaining gear received from China with an extra pack of Winny orals thrown in. View attachment 45796 I'm pumped...heh heh, but the packaging is missing a few details the gear from "Europe" had on it (no Best Exp. Date or hologram). I'm not too concerned because Darius's service and communication has been excellent. Working through authenticating the gear now and resolving if necessary. Sometimes you can't control your 3rd party providers. If the gear is good, then package variation is the norm and we learned something. I will est the gear also.
Where did u ship to? the us? I'm on west coast and just had my order shipped it is coming from hong kong it says? Not really liking that very much!
 
See, this is the problem with no stock updates as I see it. You placed an order from the EU Warehouse and if the items are not in stock, it's automatically routed to the factory. I need to be careful to not use words than are such a broad brush stoke, so let me say it happened to me and three other brothers. We were never given the option to wait for stock to come back to the EU Warehouse, therefore, our packs were placed at a much higher risk for seizure. Vladimir told me Chicago has a lot of seizures, which is where my pack went through. A template placed on the web site is really what I see most do to show low, or out of stock items. Darius assured me their working on a fix as we speak. I'm not saying their product is bad, just thought it might help the Meso community who order from Darius and even help his team weed out some emails on stock questions hopefully.
 
Be patient jaywawa. If you've made the order. You will get your items. Give it a day or two you will get it. Don't stress over tracking either. For me it said it was in a very far away city for about a Week. Came home and poof! It was there. But still said it was in a very far away city.
 
Yes, I had tracking. Go sign in and look at your order, it might be there. If not, email Vladimir and ask. I've never had to sign either.

he has been busy the past 5 days and it may take longer to respond to emails. i read this on another board or it might have been another thread here. i sent a message friday nothing really important but have yet to get a response. im sure he will get to everyone ASAP
