I have signed for many of packages. I send my shit to a tiny ass little town were I know everyone so fuck it it's the game plus it's a rush. Why do people give out dates and times and locations. Why don't you just call Feds and give them where it's going to jack wagon.

I just want to publically say everyting came through in the end. It was a long wait but everyting is great, and i'm getting some good results. Thanks for sorting me out. Pharmacom is the way forward!
 
Darius, any idea on when a stock template will be implemented for the EU warehouse? I emailed them yesterday about a product they said was out of stock and am waiting to order once it is in stock.
 
I'm not even asking asking the template be made public in your tread, but transparency would be nice as others do. Even if we can just ask for an updated stock template to be emailed, or PM's. Thanks D.
 
Remaining gear received from China with an extra pack of Winny orals thrown in. 1468109578412-244789765.jpg I'm pumped...heh heh, but the packaging is missing a few details the gear from "Europe" had on it (no Best Exp. Date or hologram). I'm not too concerned because Darius's service and communication has been excellent. Working through authenticating the gear now and resolving if necessary. Sometimes you can't control your 3rd party providers. If the gear is good, then package variation is the norm and we learned something. I will est the gear also.

Wait until Monday as Dema stated. Even Bitcoin can take a few days and weekends don't count. So, feel very, very lucky if you get your email before Monday.
 
Ah ok, good to know. Ive read other places that darius states that he always responds within 8-10 hours even on weekends. This is the basis of my concern, but youre probably right. Thanks for the input Geterdun
 
D and Vladimir have both responded to me on the weekends as well, again, I felt lucky. But, if they don't, I wait 48 hours starting Monday, to start poking them in a friendly constructive manner.
 
My re-ship from Pharmacom's "premium" warehouse was a fail. For some reason my delivery was one of the few that required a signature. I wasn't told why or warned. First order was a seizure. Second one required a sig. I'm not signing shit. Im done with Pharmacom. Lost $$$ and time. Never again.

Different name, different address. Not scammed. Just had a different experience than any other Pharmacom review I've ever read. I don't know why Pharmacom sent me a package with a signature required. That is what I was told from Vladimir. So in terms of "fault", they sent the package requiring a signature. I'll take the loss and chalk it up as a learning experience. When I posted earlier about signing for packages I didn't get a response. Only when I posted a second time did a conversation get started. And I appreciate that. But I'm not signing shit. And I'll go elsewhere. My experience won't hurt Darius's business. He did his part.

Sir, I'm very sorry to hear about this and your decision. The place from Europe where your package was shipped from has a success rate of passing customs of 100% since 2011. There is absolutely no risk in picking it up especially when you can see it stayed into customs only for several ours and then being routed to your state. Seizures and hypothetical controlled deliveries require time.
Signature is not required when ordering from PharmacomStore from neither of warehouse. However, 5-10% of the cases they may still require one. It's a local legislation of the state, post, postman which we can't be overrun.

@Darius PharmacomStore how long (days) does Pharmacom store customers information for until deleted?

We only store e-mails for 3 months rearward. Customer's addresses are automatically deleted if there is no activity on the account for 6 months.
Customers can request a full secure deletion of their info by e-mail, till their next order.

D, they have been kinda slow with the return emails as of late. As I stated, I'm still waiting on word if a certain item has been restocked yet, and this was asked via email several days ago to Vladimir. I checked my spam folder, but I made sure to have all emails from Vladimir sent to my inbox. I also sent you a pm about this.

Counterfeiting is a known issue. You are entitled to your opinion but not the facts. Packaging irregularities can be a red flag and I'm posting here because Darius does frequently. If all of the oral packaging irregularities constitute known and discussed information, help your fellow man instead of trying to clown him. Thanks for the laugh. Should I start a new thread? BTW, no response from Darius or Vlad yet via the pharmacomstore.

What response are you looking for Sir? As you mentioned counterfeiting is a known issue that's why we first mentioned it on our website when we first found about this and advised all customers to be aware where they're purchasing from: http://pharmacomstore.org/news/caution-counterfeited-products-found/
You ordered from the oldest Pharmacom distributor, active since 2008. Labels, stickers, badges may indeed vary, miss or change but that's not an authenticity indicator.

Secondly, the place you got your gear from is not a 3rd party provider. You got it directly from the factory in China.
The gear that you previously got from Europe, which you mentioned had more details on it, was imported from 3.000km away to one of our warehouses and then shipped to you.
