I am posting because I am feeling a little burned. I placed a small order way back in September and very patiently waited for my package. I wanted until the 30+ day mark to bring this up directly through the "contact us" page in Darius' website. I did this because I wanted to handle my issue as discreetly as possible without putting him on blast here. I was told to check with my local post office. Well I checked my tracking number and nothing had changed since September, went to my post office and they couldn't track it either. I understand these shipments can take a while so I kept waiting. I went ahead and did my full cycle without the extra stuff that I ordered and at the end of my cycle, which was about two weeks ago I decided to check on the online tracking again. Finally it had changed status, but it looks like there was some fatal error and doesn't look my package ever left. I used to contact page on the website again and was told that I must have put my shipping info in wrong...it was correct. Then was told that it was the post office's fault and there is nothing they can do about it.
It appears that my package is now in "storage" "somewhere" and they are not able to retrieve it due to their shipping protocols. I am attaching my tracking history below.
Just wondering what you guys think about this and would like some more clarification from
@Darius PharmacomStore since I am still a little confused about what happened and I feel like a I got screwed at no fault of my own or a customs issue.
