Nine days on since payment was accepted and they've still yet to despatch my order.

For interested observers, they are quite clearly struggling with issues, and if time is important then consider looking elsewhere for now.

Sir, please check your account, tracking code was added. Only 2 working days passed since we confirmed your payment, it's a normal time frame for dispatch.

As far as I can remember there was an issue which delayed your payment confirmation.

We always calculate the time before dispatch starting from the moment the payment is picked up/confirmed, not since the order is actually submitted.

There is no tracking on the order as of right now. In fact, I was talking to customer support just today who told me not to expect tracking for at least another day or two (again). I'm not sure whose wires are crossed here.

A tracking code has now been added - some hours after you characterised a claim otherwise as misrepresentative of the present situation. Whether the store's front end isn't keeping pace with its back end isn't for me to guess.

Of course, the tracking code does not yet exist within the courier's system (I'm sure this will correct itself in due course), so I'm only slightly, slightly more confident the order will be received before the month's out.

When customers have their hard-earned money taken in exchange for delivery within a promised timeframe, only to find out after the fact that the promise will be broken - leaving no option for recourse or recompense - by its very definition there is an issue.

You can argue degrees of severity, but in my particular case I've had no choice but to rebuy most of the undelivered order elsewhere in the meantime. For most paying customers this would be described as an issue also.

More transparency, so that customers might make a better informed decision before sending their money, would help to avoid these issues in future.
