Having problems with my order! PM'd Darius on here (PharmacomStore - Pharmacom Labs). PM'd him saying I wanted to put a order in ,he replied back saying to let him know my email address and when I submit my order. I submit my order on the PharmacomStore said order been placed successfully and gave me the information for the money gram payment. Went to Walmart and sent the payment in. PM'd him saying I sent the payment and gave the information. Told me to email the information to the site but there is no history of my order when I click "My orders". He use to reply quick before I sent the payment in. I had to wait 3 days for a reply back after payment and now getting replies slow. Was planning on logging on here with my bloodwork and labmax too...

Sir, if you think we have a different and preferential attitude after we get customers money then please be informed that you can ALWAYS ask for a FULL REFUND and we will add up to 10% extra for the hassle and your lost transaction fees.

We invested a lot in an advance and secure platform which is our site, just so that this kind of dialogues regarding payments and ordering procedures to be unnecessary.
If they still are and a customer still has questions and needs assistance step by step, no worries,...we can do that too through our support line (e-mail address) + Pharmacom.help - replies always within 24h.

However, if you only want assistance specifically through a member of our team only, through a different channel of communication than our official platforms and which member happens to be the most busiest person from the team ... then yes, you will have to wait for an indefinitely period of time.
