Got one of my packs sitting in customs for 3 days now. Don't have a good feeling about this[emoji45]

Usually for this period custom clearance is at least 4-5 days.
Also, if you have contacted us prior to your order and you used one of our warehouses with 100% Delivery Success Rate to your region, there is nothing to worry about.
In addition to that, if your pack is not delivered, let's say it was lost or misrouted, we always reship .. there is no customer who has ever lost money with us ... we have the same transparent policies since 2008.

I know you guys are 100% I'm not tripping off of that. I just have had packs taken in the past at customs and it just sucks. You see em go in but they dont come out [emoji24]

Last week I had a package marked "going in to customs" for a week before it was released without issues. Not sure why it seems to happen from time to time.

If it don't move after 2 weeks then it's probably snagged but PCS will reship. I'll pm you
Edit and 2 of those days they are probably off Sunday and new years
