Normally 0% because the order wont go through customs, same happens with UK domestic, EU domestic etc
Only if a vial breaks in transit and starts leaking, which is unlikely.

Speaking of Ultima, do you happen to have any personal experience with that lab?
I'm sitting on some Test E, Deca & Anadrol that I've had for quite a while. I plan on sending it out for testing before using it but until then I'm just curious if anyone has feedback on Ultima as I can't find much on it at all, anywhere I look.
