possibly true but do most guys on the forums, have any athletic ability? do most bodybuilders have athletic ability>?
Mostly no.
But look at Bradley Martin and Ryan Garcia (Check it out on Youtubr.. cool video.)
Garcia fucking MURDERS people with body shots... like makes their souls leave their body... not just KO.
But he fucking goes to town on an unprotected Martin.. only shot that phases him is a sternum uppercut to pure bone.... even then, only phased him a little bit.
Didn't the first ufc answer this?
The smaller more skilled fighter beats the bigger not so skilled fighter .
If both skilled the same than its the bigger guy with the advantage this is why weight classes exist My 2 cents
Within reason
Lesnar vs Randy Cotoure... Randy was the skilled fighter.. Lesnar a beast... making short work of him with very little skill whatsoever.
On the opposite end of the spectrum
Mike... Fucking... Tyson
A small heavyweight who was the GOAT (in his prime.. not overall ovviously) ate huge guys for breakfast in the first round.
It's all subjective and individual.... but the advantage goes to the raw power of a big guy... in most situations.
I see where you guys are going with UFC, but id say most forum guys who are sitting any 15 percent with high blood pressure would be better at "protecting" themselves or a female if they would knock it down to 8 percent, its to like they are going to shed alot of muscle, more so bloat, fat, water, glycogen.
Other than power lifters who push crazy numbers, do most lose strength when they go from fat to lean? I never did
If I do a cut (On cycle) even pushing the gear, I may stay lifting the same numbers.
But I dont make a habit of that, as I Powerlift and I dont see a point in running a bunch of gear that will make my BP rise and feel like trash to have my BW move and my numbers stay the same.
No thanks lol.
As for the unhealthy aspect.
For sure.
But slow and steady wins the race
My BP is a consistant 125ish/70ish
at 245ish currently
I see no concerns with that.
