Steroids & Autisms: A Study

5’10” 155lbs vs 6’3” 350 lbs?

Hey, I have respect for training and technique. I know those guys are outstanding. But at a certain point laws of physics take over. How’s he getting Eddie to the mat? What’s he going to do if Eddie gets his arms on him? The guy deadlifted over 1,000 lbs. I might be underestimating technique but you’re definitely underestimating just how strong that dude is.
Force=mass x acceleration. The little guy is gonna have to be moving incredibly fast to overcome that solid mass advantage.
Honestly it doesn’t even matter as the chances of meeting someone like Ngannou or Hall at your local Walmart or bar is pretty slim to none. Training is good enough against the average American who are beanpoles or degenerate polar bears who’s last fight was in high school. They are usually the ones that start fights anyways, I doubt a heavyweight boxing champion is going out to clubs on the weekends trying to start shit, those guys have nothing to prove to themselves

You're a douche.
But not wrong. (About that particular facet)

If someone is walking around with a beer gut and taking AAS... it's pretty sad.

Show us your physique.
Detail your training/nutrition to be able to walk around at 7 or 8 percent year round.

Not kidding, would love to see what you're doing and what you're running to maintain that consistency
Shit 12% for me is ripped enough I don’t understand why someone would want to be sub 10%. I think to general population 10-12 is peak physique

Since when is speaking out against a plague in AAS users (bloated fatasses whose gut hangs out) retarded? Ever been to a gym, see the guys walking around big and fat thinking they did something, or the ones that are big and have a low body fat but a distended gut looking pregnant? do you see that in the mirror, and think it looks good?

I can't count on one hand the threads. "my estrogen is my problem I need anti E" "my digestion is fucked up this admonimal distention must be from the gh, right". "what BP med do I need for my cycle"

the clowns of AAS users
I have to disagree with your statement of 11-15% bf being “soft.” That bf% range is usually where top athletes compete in and they look pretty damn good when carrying decent muscle mass.

As for the fat guys at the gym, it really depends on the gym you’re going to. While I also prefer being leaner and somewhat smaller, I can perfectly understand and respect the mindset behind wanting to be big and strong as possible. It makes you feel bad ass and a force to be reckoned with whereas being lean makes you feel “sexy” and appealing. It’s all personal preference. My goal is a lean 210-215lbs something akin to Mike Tyson, lean and athletic but still imposing.
