A lot of people use eq to offset estrogen because it does act like a ai. I experienced it when I was on it and have the bloods to prove it. It increases hematocrit to sometimes dangerous levels. Masteron seems like a good way to go although it will fuck with your cholesterol. I was thinking on my next cycle of running mast npp test. My cholesterol on dhts is worse but total is still in range. Nothing about aas is healthy unfortunately thats why you have to chose what works best for you and get regular blood work. Boldenon cyp and the others have pretty bad pip. I used to use bold cyp and I would make it at 150 and it was spicy as hell haha. My e2 got too low and i felt like shit on it so I dont use bold anymore.How do I change the name of the thread???

I may try a shorter Esther version in the future if I decide to blast after all this is long over and done with and I eventually get back to normality

Well generally speaking i can feel the cns benefits at just 200mg,but i was running 400mg mast e with 600npp.I think 400-600mg is a good sweetspot for the mental benefits.Also definitely switch from deca to npp,i think aside from cost and injection frequency npp is superior in many ways.The depression is also way worse on deca probably due to higher saturation levels in the brain.I used pcoms mast but i cant really recommend them because alot of ppl in the uk had their orders seized.At what dose do you notice it eliminates the mental sides of nandrolone mate? I have to give it a shot, is there any of the usual meso eu suppliers without a minimum order? Only need 1 bottle to try

So guys I'm here writing this and I'm really struggling, mental health has taken a real bad turn, possibly the worst I've ever felt, im ruining relationships on the daily right now, not spoken to friends for weeks, massive argument with my family which probably will never heal now, I've left the family home where my daughter and girlfriend are because she doesn't understand what im going through, things are bad but no one understands and it seems to them like I'm just acting like a cunt, which I am but not intentionally in the way they think.
I'm almost positive the nandrolone is really fucking my head up this time, I will never be using 19nors again, my head can't handle them like it used to.
I have 4 weeks left on this nandrolone run and I'm trying my hardest to finish the blast but I honestly don't think I can take 4 more weeks of this.
I've read a lot lately that dht derivatives have the opposite effect and give people a good sense of wellbeing, I also know that dbol is meant to make people feel good but orals are out of the question for me.
So my question is this, what steroids have you guys ran that gave you a great sense of wellbeing? Basically the opposite of depression and anxiety, I've also heard masteron helps with wellbeing, if anyone can confirm this please let me know, your literally saving my life here.

But I do NPP so I can pull back if shit hits the fan, however you are on Deca and cant tirate as easily as needed.

Regarding neurobiology; it's a blatant fact, that it's totally disregarded in the aas community and I know a lot of users are kinda on a self destructive, I don't give a fuck, I rather live short and have a blast then die old and fat on a couch mentality, but in all honesty, even these people would design their cycles with neuroprotection in mind if they knew what's what. Just addin an ssri to a cycle, for instance, will stew a lot of mental sides that are due to inflammation and neurochemical "ptsd" due to constantly activated HPA axis ... So imo, there is something to it, bringing this topic up front. Times a re changing and a lot of people are in it more in lines of biohacking then straitght up blasting them selfs and making a mess out of their selfs and lifes.
For me, and we are all different, 19nor make me emotional towards the end, but not aggressive. More like getting teary eyes at cancer kids commercials. Test makes me feel great, as well as masteron, I can say npp and deca I feel good on until the feelings kick in. I'll take heat for saying this, but why are you running 600mg of deca? Are you prepping for a competition? Photo shoot? You're into the dosage that WILL cause cardiac issues, whether it be through lipids or LVH. I'd personally be more concerned about the LVH. If you have quality product 300-400mg is more than enough. 600mg is just unnecessary in my opinion. B6 is the winner in this card game, a physician will prescribe it to women who are encountering prolactin issues. Myself I find 300-400mg daily to be the sweet spot for me, but I'm conservative and run the same amount of deca or npp weekly. It's proven science with plenty of info to back it up, B6 is your friend while running any 19nor. MENT at 5 mg/day seems to be good for mental well being, or inositol (vitamin B9) at 5-6g per day also seems to be really good for my mood. Those two things have worked really well for me while running either nandrolone, trenbolone, or both
