On a completely unrelated topic. I've noticed the SF site has been all over the place the last few days, so they're obviously making some changes. It usually takes a day for a response from the SF email but I assume that has to do with the volume of mail he's dealing with or maybe even the time difference (?) who knows. Either way I've always received a response. So I'd hang in there for the guys still waiting on orders.

As for others concerns for shipping times, it was about 12 days from the date my item was shipped to getting to me. So give it atleast 2 weeks from the date they say your items are on its way.

due to everyting that has been going on with the Bombing and everything, we should expect a delay to cover everyones buttocks. I'm still waiting on mine but better safe than sorry.

Well, I'm sorry we've been slow lately guys. Yes, there was a supply problem, and the site has been getting updated all day, I believe everything is restocked now.

There are five or six orders which are egregiously outstanding. We had an issue a month or so ago, and there has been a "trickle-down" effect ever since then. This does not in any way excuse the delay, we hold ourselves responsible to ship in a timely fashion, and when we don't there should be, and will be compensation. Concerns of this nature should be directed to:

On a separate note regarding how to get in touch with us. I will not personally be the rep here anymore after today. I am sure the owner will maintain a presence on this site, but you should give him 24-48 hrs to respond to PMs as he will be very busy, unless he hires someone else to take over this position. I would recommend that you just send your concerns to our email, which is listed above.

My reasons for leaving are my own, and in no way should be taken as a poor reflection on SF. I am not leaving because of anything to do with the company, and I wouldn't even have disclosed the fact on the open forum, except I wanted people to understand that the response time to their PMs will likely see a drastic change.

I cosign everything BB said about Sworder. He is not now, nor was he ever, the SF rep.

Most reports I hear from customers are that communication with the email addy is good.

How many emails did you send him that went unreplied? Did you ever try sending from a different email addy?

Sent 5 emails over the past couple weeks and just sent another. I guess I could try another email but I havnt had any problems with the one I sent from so I see no reason I shouldn't have received something.

Sometimes they will land in the spambox. It should be checked periodically, so still no excuse, but it is an often overlooked part of the business. As I said, apart from a weekend here or there, reports from the email addy, are usually positive regarding communication.

Sad news that you will no longer be the rep here. Your PM replies were very fast. I can also vouch that email communication has been fast. There was only one week where I did not get a reply, every other email has been answered within 2 days.

I hope this shipping delay isn't that common, because I am really hoping to have SF as my go-to source and to recommend them to my friends.

I too have not had good communication with the owner and I'm not sure if I can trust dealing with SF without the MESO rep.

However, I just received my lab work and thought I would share it. I realize most of you on this thread do not care about TRT results but here it is anyway.

dude that sucks balls.. Email with SF was not the best route of communication (very slow and responses lacked customer service. You responded in minutes and got shit done! I now have reserves about ordering again.. I bet the pay was terrible and you did a lot for it. Thanks for your help with everything. Been a great ride...
