They look great! Like I stressed many times over, all issues have been worked out and fixed to our satisfaction and our goal here is to continually meet the needs of our customers.. I'm excited and very optimistic about things to come for everyone!

I'm happy to see a new rep on here. Stretch left some big shoes to fill, but as long as you're honest with the guys here I'm sure things will be just fine.

You mind as well quit even Roy could not fix the fuck that have been done here. Fixing communication is one thing but that does not fix the internal mess up in the company. And the wrong that was done to members here. So you get a freebies every month its not worth it bro you should quite this job and move on

First and foremost, It's apparent that you have little to nil experience with business or marketing for that matter. I'm very confident and secure with what I do!
Having the ability to really know how to listen to customers is so crucial for providing great service here at Steroidsfax for many reasons. One is getting to know the needs of customers and what they expect!
2), It helps provides clarity on where to apply improvements when overseeing the entire functional group as a whole. (My job)
3)It helps us have pin point accuracy in quality control and spotting dysfunctional situations that could be potentially detrimental to the company and its future!
Thus, this assures our customers with a promise and guarantee that we will deliver what they expect and MORE!
With this said, I can assure you that I'm NOT new here, nor am I receiving freebies
First off I own a business not in that field so i do know and two I was offered the position you are in so I do know how it works maybe you will fix everything we will see in the future.

I wish more of our loyal customers would be as vocal to the masses here like yourself. We get a numerous amount of positive feedback from customers,but many wish to be inconspicuous for whatever their reasons may be..
People with Negative feedback are more prone to be vocal, rather than those with high success ratios. That's the nature of the beast!

You need trust from your customers, and you being a business owner you know what it takes if you failed to meet the customers satisfaction, and how far your willing to go to make it right! Damage control is not fun, but when your sincere and mean every ounce of it, you know it's worth it!

Pinned my fisrt dose of Sciroxx Test C today. My bottles were filled below the top of the label and the label overlapped itself. Since this is my first, I'm using a 23g and had a hell of a time drawing it up. Now that I think about it I drew it up with a 22g and pinned with the 23g.

Use an 18g to draw, much easier for just about ALL oils..

@steroidsfax: what would his agenda be? certain members affiliated with other labs would be understandable, but saying members with no known connections to a lab "have an agenda" because they question a suspect post by a brand new member is fuckin weak. Your business is under some scrutiny right now, so anyone coming out of left field will be questioned. Attitude will not gain trust back, if you're confident in the company let it's products and customer service prove itself.

You want to have dipshits come here and join the forums to shill for you by all means do. It just makes my job easier and yours more difficult. I have no agenda.
