You seem like a decent guy but you need to stop with this BS!! Now either someone is telling you this crap and you're just repeating it or you are just a fucking liar! I'm sure you could resurrect SF's rep here in time but it's not gonna happen if you don't own up to all the shit that happened months back.

I DON'T WANT anything from you guys so don't offer, just want to share my experience because I feel you may not be as in the know as you think. In March I ordered somewhere around 7-8 items that were all in stock at the time of the order. After 2 weeks I asked about my pack and was just feed lie after lie from "Roy" about where my shit was, among other things he told me numerous times my pack was shipped within the past 48 hours!! I finally got my order after 7 friggin weeks with a free pack of clen which I have no use for. I mean if your trying to make something right why not ask what the customer wants instead of just sending whatever there's a surplus of at the time?? 4 out of 5 sachets were short pills, one by as much as 15. All 3 test e vials were 8 ml, and by the way I've heard of numerous vials being short but never a 1.2 ml vial. The icing on the cake was the shit was under dosed!! I posted bloods back in July, after 5 weeks on test e at 500mg/week my test was at 1462!! I immediately switched to biologic test p and 2.5 weeks later I was at around 5300.

Months before you came "Roy" got into an argument with our boy Stretch and after he got frustrated posted what he thought to be Stretch's personal info!! What the fuck!!

None of us are just going to forget all the shit that happened and your current attitude is just getting people more and more fired up. Not sure what you're getting paid but do you think it's worth what it's going to take for you to turn this ship around?

Allow me to correct some of your obvious bullshit. First off the under filled vials were not from one batch. Reports of vials containing 8-9ml instead of 10 have been reported for a few years. That would also include the known issue of people receiving less than the amount of pills per pouch. Example would be getting 89 pills instead of 100. So when you state something like "it was just one batch blah blah blah..." that's total bullshit. One simple google search will show you all you need. Is it possible that situation has been acknowledged and corrected..possibly but you are not off to a good start by implying it was a simple one batch problem. If you been behind the scenes there for awhile like you stated then you would already know that under filled vials has been a issue for an extended time.

I'm referring to the current issue regarding steroidsfax, not other re-sellers.
We could do the carousel dance all day..However, I refuse to discuss any other situations with other suppliers,regardless if they were authorized re-sellers of the Sciroxx line or not. Let's not discuss what was in yesterdays news paper when we're in the now. In the time frame that Steroidsfax has opened , we've had a successful ride for a good duration, gaining new customers as well as providing steady and reliable service to returning customers. We're striving to continue this!
During our excursion here we encountered some instances of difficulties,we reacted and coped with the situation and addressed these issues immediately! We even took the professional approach by offering credit to those effected.

Not every error in life is done intentional, with that being said provide me with one source that's in the market today that's not at fault for something?
Unfortunately there will NEVER be a problem-free buying process with anything in the market, especially the black-market.
We've done everything we could to meet our customers demands, even going as far as taken the approach by keeping direct contact with our customers giving them reinsurance till the whole purchasing process have been finalized and satisfied!

Don't place the stigma on us about some GOOGLE search hoopla, when in fact every single item in today's market has either been recalled or re-engineered at least once in it's lifetime.

Fact of the matter is~ We're improving daily, and we'll meet any challenges that come our way..At the same time providing our customers with the service they need and expect!

Further more, YOUR only activities seem to be coming directly to our section and advocating our so called poor service (per your insufficient opinion that has failed to produce complete certainty). Per your comment on under filled vials (and over filled vials). There was a
issue with the calibration settings on the oil dispenser giving an output of (
(0.8ml to 1.2ml error under-filled / overfilled vials ) it was concerning only one
batch, (making it a mere hundred vials or less than),thus it has been adjusted
and checked regularly to assure accuracy at the .one location. Far as your
remark on poorly pressed tabs, that's outrageous and absurd as Sciroxx has
been a leader and pioneer in this market for sometime and will continue to
provide a remarkably fine line of products.

Not sure why Roy even went through the trouble of getting a new rep. SF has essentially become the Dane Cook of Meso and I don't see that ever changing.

Ignoring the fact that Roy has made it known he is willing to post customer info if he doesn't like what is being posted they are far more expensive than any other source here and the gear is underdosed and underfilled. Prices are outrageous.
Its a buyer's market right now so why should I pay 2-3x the price for your gear?
Also, your primo is half the price it should be. Nobody sells real primo that cheap.

How do you not know there was a calibration issue with the dispenser? This issue was also just a short duration that was corrected, as we're yet to see recent events of under-filling surface, but we see past events continuously resurfacing that have been long corrected from a selected few.

I appreciate your nobleness here with telling me how I should do my job,and putting a spin on how we handled this "Problematic customer". Unfortunately enough for myself I can not support my defense on how many times we made countless efforts to reach him to get him his CREDIT, because I refuse not to disclose information regarding this customer as I honor customer confidentiality for reasons and everyone's safety. Believe me you, we have nothing to gain by dragging our foot here. If you believe that doing damage control is one of our service that we offer aside from scandals, Than I question your beliefs on where you stand with the ester bunny!

We're a company based on commitment and integrity with an obligation for our customers, with a staff that lives behind moral and ethical principles.
If you think for one moment that we cut corners aimed at the cheapest, and lowest cost solution that we could muster up in hopes not to have it back fire, than your wrong. The economical ramifications for such actions would be far greater and detrimental to our company then anyone could fathom,besides the fact the we a have moral and ethical principle that we stand behind.

I'm still awaiting a confirmation on this, I know it was in April. I'll see if upper management can inquire the lot#.. What I do know is they put this behind and if there was any issues most/if all have been dealt with. It was truly just a small amount.
