Strange scenario

I have about 50mls of testosterone propionate in ethyl oleate sitting in a bottle, crashed.

I haven't touched it since I saw a hole being eaten through the plastic cap (yes it's not in a vial - don't ask long story and for future reference EO is nasty shit), however looking at the immense formation of crystals sitting on the bottom of the bottle, I can't help but feel there is something I could do other than throwing it in the bin and wasting money.

Any ideas? Is it possible to extract the crystals and do something with them? I don't know much about homebrew so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would put it in a glass beaker or something, heat it up and melt it, then re-filter it into a vial or whatever you got it in. That is about all I would know to tell you to try. How long has it been on the shelf?

Eating through the plastic cap? If the brew deteriorated plastic and you believe some plastic contaminants may be in the brew. Considering the cost of powder, I wouldn't take the chance. Toss it like a salad.

ah but however, I live in Australia. For me I don't have easy or cheap access to powder like you guys do. That being the case, i would dump the shit, but it's not and gear is very expensive over here. Importing powder is not an option either, aussie customs, give them their dues, they are pretty fucking efficient.

Hence why I would like to save this gear somehow.

Think about the possible contaminants and their molecular size in microns. No point in filtering a brew when the filter size(.20 or .45 micron) is larger than the molecule. Personally you have exposed it to so much shit I wouldn't even want to try to save it. Who recommended putting it in a bottle with a plastic cap?

It's how its packaged to get here.

At any rate I don't think a vial would've been any better, i've heard of EO eating through rubber stoppers as well. Not going to purchase an EO product again unless it's in an amp i think...

I'm not sure to be honest, I would definitely assume there is BA/BB in there

It was ARL russia gear if thats any indication. All I know is that all their oils are EO based.

I guess I will play it safe and assume there is definitely plastic contamination in the oil now. Not too bad a loss I guess, the price was extremely cheap.

toss it bro not worth the risk if you paid a grand for it. your health is priceless no sense in risking it over anything in that shape no matter what the monetary value.
