Ok so I am doing everything naturaly so far so I train very hard and eat very clean like many people do. I was curious why I only have like one or two bowl movements a day that are extremely small when I'm eating close to 4500 calories daily? Am I using it all up or is there an issue I should be worried about?

No that's fine, drink a lot of water and get veggies and FIBER. Stool gets compacted A LOT more than you think. That is normal. If you weren't having bowel movements and/or had abdominal pain that's another story.
