Looking at the various sites selling this stuff, some say to use it once a week, others say daily. Some say hold it in your mouth for 90 seconds, others say no less than 5 minutes (!).

One says "No guarantee of efficacy", probably the most accurate statement of them all.

Then why do compounding pharmacies make it? Why was Rybelsus developed? It's obviously just another method of administration, nothing absurd about it.

People are afraid of injecting it.
