Why would someone make a 9ml vail. I mean, I'm not saying it isn't possible, but why would a glass/vail company make a vail so a steroid source could rip you off? I have yet to see a 9 ml vail, but not to say it isn't possible. Google search 9 ml vails. Maybe that would answer the question we've "ALL" been asking ourselves.
