I had just read about it wanted to see if anyone has done something similar or thoughts. I haven't actually done it.if your doing squats everyday for a month you better be doing light with volume reps.

@ROB581211 how did you like those Military style bench presses? I was wondering if the day after felt any different than normal?

I think I'm going to try that should press routine you did. The 10 front and then 10 back. I talked to my work out partner about it and he was physicked on it also!
I definitely like the military style ones. Those will be a must on the lighter weights. I can't say I felt a whole lot different the next day but I definitely got an instant pump from it.
I'm still trying to pack a few more pounds on before a cut a few calories out. I'd like to be in single digit BF by July which shouldn't be to hard to do.
As far as that press routine goes it will burn you up. On one of the lighter sets you can even go back and forth every rep. I meant to mix that in a just got side tracked I guess. You'll have to let me know how you like it.
Lucky for me I'm still 29 for a few more months lolGood luck on getting your BF down to single digits. I haven't been able to do that since I got into my 30's.
@ROB581211 look into Smolov/Smolov Jr. Just did Smolov JR for bench and my PR went up 20lbs in 4 weeks. which has you benching 3x week. Wasn't on cycle either. You could apply that to squats or just do the Meso cycle of the full Smolov rountine. Look into it. Depends on what your goals are strength or size?
You evee thought about competiting in powerlifting and or body building? You would definitely place in top 3 for your weight class in a powerlifting comp.
