Summer cycle

Sounds like a good plan brother and your on the right track.

I started my cycle yesterday. Of course I went all in and probably didn't give the fina the respect it deserves. I pinned 200 ml and about a hour later I felt sharp pains in my kidney area. It passed but I'm gonna wait and see if it contuines before I start my log. I'm not trying to be stuck on a dialysis machine. Hopefully I start it early next week.

Well today was kind of a flop. I did a quad injection on Tuesday and this virgin muscle shit sucks ass. I don't have swelling nor is it bruised red or anything out of the norm but my leg is tight as fuck. Anyways enough of my crying and bitching. I didn't do legs and just had a whatever day. Probably won't be doing those anymore
 
Quads randomly give me pip and they are not virgin for me anymore. It's the only place that it's a crap shoot. When it does happen I take 800mg ibuprofen 2-3x day for a few days, that really helps.

It was my first shot in my right quad ever. I pinned 2.5ccs with a 23g 1in. I'll definitely be hitting up the ibuprofen. Thanks for the advice brother
 
You guys are killing me. I've only ever pinned delts and Glutes. I was planing on starting to pin quads on this cycle, being as i will be pinning ED for months. Fuck got me scared now. All I ever hear are horror stories pinning quads.

I was told to stay under 2cc until they got "used" to it but I wasn't about to split a 2.5 up so I said fuck it. Plus I used a 23g 1in which probably didn't help anything either. But not gonna lie it's a bit of discomfort at least it has been for me

The day of is great just a bit tender and nothing crazy then the second night and third day it feel like your muscle is a solid rock lol

Oh yea one last thing. I broke the 200 mark today. Woke up this morning at 200.7 morning weight. That's been a long time goal for me. I started all this fun stuff a little under 9 years ago at 135 soaking wet. Honestly a lot of you guys gave me some great advice on diet stuff and little tricks here and there and it helped. So I thank you all for that. Now I just gotta maintain and start shredding some BF

Try putting a cc in each quad using backloaded slin pins. I do that twice a week for an extra 4cc total and I literally don't feel a thing.

Bam! Congrats bro. I'm the same as you I started off around that size, i was always the skinny guy. So I know how good 200 feels. So you're saying you're done bulking though? If the mirror is still looking okay I say keep going!

I'm gonna focus on growing solid lean muscle mass from here on out. I'm not dropping cals or anything like that. I ate clean for this first month or so but I had lots of cheat days on weekend to speed the weight gain up. I just wanna clean things up a bit. I was hoping for another clean 5 or so pounds. I'd be happy at 8-9% at 205-210 by the end of all this.

Congrats!! Shit, you hit 200 with morning weight!! A true 200... I remember the first time I hit 200, it was after 11:30pm and I chugged 3 water bottles before I stepped on the scale..

I started out using 5ml/cc from the pharmacy and I was only 132 lbs, so this myth about staying under 3ml or 2ml is hog wash. best thing for sore or PIP legs or any body part is to work them.

I did legs the same day I injected and did the stepper everyday after. They just got so tight at the end of the second day and whole 3rd day. By day 4 completely back to normal like nothing happened. I'm about to drop the short esters since I've been on the long a couple weeks now so I'll only be injecting every 3.5 days

Weight was bouncing between 199.9 and 200 even at the gym this morning so I'm maintaining it pretty well. It wasn't just a fat day lol. I also added 40mg var and 50mg Proviron a day to the mix and today was the last day of short esters. Current gear:
Test E-375mg 2x week
EQ- 300mg 2x week
Deca- 150mg 2x week
Proviron- 50mg ED
Anavar- 40mg ED (may bump this to 60 after a couple weeks if I don't notice enough)

I know the next exercise is back but for some reason when I do behind the head pull downs after presses they feel great and stretch me out

Weight is holding steady over 200. At 201.2 post workout. Wanted to thank b79 and MGH in helping perfect my post workout shake. As of right now it consist of 2 scoops protein powder/1cup strawberries/1 banana/.5 cup golden flax Ezekiel cereal/1 cup pb/ about an oz weed bag of kale/.5 cup of butter pecan ice cream/ 2tbs safflower oil/2tbs grape seed oil. Should be right at 2000 cals.

Endurance is really starting to come in now. Shorter breaks heavier weights. Pretty content with my diet. Was actually 204 when I left the gym tonight. Weight seems to be consistently going in the right direction and still staying leaner than I expected too. The only thing I'm changing is my big 2000cal shake will be my second breakfast because it is messing with the amount of food I eat for dinner.

Think I'm going to be changing the workout again as I'm really not happy with my timing and recovery time for certain exercises. Moving to everything once a week and a whole body day similar to jballz and b79.
