I hate quads man. I never had swelling or anything either, it just stayed sore for too long. I tried it for a week, but it never 'devirginized' for me. My glutes are probably made of straight scar tissue at this point, but damn it's easyQuestion. How many times do you need to pin in a muscle before the tenderness goes away. Up to last week I've always pinned in my glutes only. Last week I pinned my left quad and pinned my right quad today. The pain isn't bad at all and no swelling or bruising. Just a bit tender. I was hoping the second or third time around that will go away.

I got a ways to go yet. This gonna be a long cycle. I want to get my size up as quick as possible to I can spend a majority of the summer cutting BF slow and keeping size. When are you gonna get yours up and going ? Can't wait to see how that new tren works for you.

I started my cycle yesterday. Of course I went all in and probably didn't give the fina the respect it deserves. I pinned 200 ml and about a hour later I felt sharp pains in my kidney area. It passed but I'm gonna wait and see if it contuines before I start my log. I'm not trying to be stuck on a dialysis machine. Hopefully I start it early next week.

Yea man make sure you get that in check. I'm sure it'll be plenty strong to start a bit lower. I'll keep an eye for you to start it up
My fitness pal is nice. I don't necessarily log in it everyday but I use it to help plan out my meals for the week. I try to keep it as simple as possible and eat the same thing every day. But the cool part is if the packaging of what your eating has a bar code it automatically fills in the data without any searching. Even searching is pretty easy too.
