Summer cycle

This is my (extra) protein shake I've been drinking. Any thoughts for improvement or does it seems pretty good?
 
I always put kale or spinach in shakes. Biggest part of eating a lot is making sure you shit a lot.

I will definitely add that but trust me brother I shit at least 4-6 times a day. All good in that department lol

What's a serving to size of kale?
 
Looks good. I add 2oz of liquor egg whites for a little extra protein. But if you're all good w that for the day then no need really, just thought I'd throw it out there

I'm well over 400g a day on my current diet. But I may try it for a few extra calories. Can't hurt right.
 
A good leg day for me.

Squats
135 x 10
225 x 8

455 x 1 (2 sets)
315 x 5 ( 2 sec pause for 2 sets)

Calf raises to let my back rest
5 sets of 25 medium weight

Lunges 50lb db
75 reps per leg

Leg press
5 sets of 20 @ 630
2 sets of 25 @ 450
1 set of 30 @ 360

2 more weeks of consistent lifts at 455 and I'm jumping to 475
 
Question. How many times do you need to pin in a muscle before the tenderness goes away. Up to last week I've always pinned in my glutes only. Last week I pinned my left quad and pinned my right quad today. The pain isn't bad at all and no swelling or bruising. Just a bit tender. I was hoping the second or third time around that will go away.

Today was the best heavy chest I've ever had. Went way above what I thought I could with a little extra in the tank.

I hate quads man. I never had swelling or anything either, it just stayed sore for too long. I tried it for a week, but it never 'devirginized' for me. My glutes are probably made of straight scar tissue at this point, but damn it's easy

Doing this eod in just the glutes is killing me. I only have about another week or so before my long esters should be pumping pretty good and then it goes to Monday am and Thursday pm only. I'm gonna give a few more tries but if it doesn't let up any looks like it'll just be doing glutes and maybe delts if I add tren at the end of my cycle

Super set two different pull down machines for that I don't normally use for a good burn 3 set 10reps each

4 super sets/ preacher curl machine and db hammer

5 super sets
Vbar over head cable extension and single hand cable curl

Weight is at 199.2. So fricken close

I got a ways to go yet. This gonna be a long cycle. I want to get my size up as quick as possible to I can spend a majority of the summer cutting BF slow and keeping size. When are you gonna get yours up and going ? Can't wait to see how that new tren works for you.

Sounds like a good plan brother and your on the right track.

I started my cycle yesterday. Of course I went all in and probably didn't give the fina the respect it deserves. I pinned 200 ml and about a hour later I felt sharp pains in my kidney area. It passed but I'm gonna wait and see if it contuines before I start my log. I'm not trying to be stuck on a dialysis machine. Hopefully I start it early next week.

I like your myfittnesspal app. Fixing to check that out.

My fitness pal is nice. I don't necessarily log in it everyday but I use it to help plan out my meals for the week. I try to keep it as simple as possible and eat the same thing every day. But the cool part is if the packaging of what your eating has a bar code it automatically fills in the data without any searching. Even searching is pretty easy too.

Yeah I love that I can link it to my FitBit. My fitBit gives an accurate calories burned. I have the Charge Hr that takes my heart rate and my steps and calculates that for the amount of calories I burned. I will be using the fitness pal for sure. I wish it had features like the fitbit app though. Like on the fitbit app I can just say what I'm eating at Chipotle and it automatically knows the nutritional value of it and logs it. I suck at logging food and workouts and i need it made easier for me. lol

Your doing a great job here outlining what a log should look like. I will be stealing from this. Good Job
