Summer cycle

Tried to change some things up and work on some reps instead of just pounding heavy weight. Just a few days of cleaning up my diet a bit and abs are starting to pop some. Pretty much all my workouts will be like this from a while. Need to get these muscles to grow grow grow

Cable reverse flies
5 sets to failure light weight and slow movements

Incline pull machine
3 sets to failure with medium weight

I need to add bent over rows but I always feel like I'm doing them wrong or something. Just one of those exercises that have never been comfortable. Any advice on those will be greatly appreciated.

Dude you have blown up since I last checked in it seems. Good shit.

As far as bent bb rows, have you ever tried them underhand grip? Start lighter weight and really contract your back, squeeze at the top of the movement. I feel those way more , but when I go heavy with them I usually just do overhand. One thing that really helped me with them with form is using a side mirror. Once you see it from that angle it just makes so much more sense, for me anyway.

I'm trying man. There are a lot big dudes to catch up to on here lol.

As far as the bent over row I'll give them another go on Sunday which a full body day. It's a good day for experiments. Hopefully the mirror will help with form bring something new to light

I haven't been very faithful to my diet since Thursday. I've been super busy and haven't had time to eat enough food. So as a result I dropped back down to 201. Gotta get everything back in line. Although when I woke up this morning my abs were looking pretty good. Hopefully I'll get back closer to 210 in a week or 2. It's grocery shopping day for me and the wife so I'll make sure I get stacked up so I can pack a few more pounds back on

A little bit of meal prepping for this weeks

We made 36 omelet muffins
It's 36 eggs 18 whole and 18 egg whites Bacon sausage onion ham cheese red bell peppers

Cooked 3.5 lbs of chicken
3lbs of steak
8 cups of rice
36 ounces of sweet potato
2lbs of ground turkey
Steamed a decent amount of broccoli as well.

We normally cut the chicken and steak up and make wraps whenever with rice and these awesome wraps that are low carbs. Great for lunches snacks and what not. I'll get a pic of the wraps soon.

We also have 3lbs of salmon 3lbs of tilapia and a bunch of asparagus for some dinners

We have enough filets for 2 dinners

Pork chops

Should be eating pretty damn good this week

That's the way you have to do to. You have this stuff dialed in brother. Been watching this log and I hope its all you wanted out of a cycle. One Keep it up it keeps guys like me motivated.

I've had few small bumps in the road but it's been a good one. Gonna be finishing it out with some good tren here in the near future. Should wrap things up nicely. Glad I can do my part to help motivate. I know you guys have me pushin harder than I ever have

Upcoming cycle

I wanted to get some opinions if you guys wouldn't mind before I start. This way I have time to add or do whatever before I start. I don't plan on starting till April or May.

To keep everything easy to find I'll give some stats:
5'10
194
13% BF
To date my max weight on the 3 major lifts are
Flat bench-405
Squat-455
Deadlift-545
Diet:
I plan on taking in around 350 grams of protein coming from chicken tilapia steak ground turkey turkey bacon egg whites protein shakes
As for carbs I'm going to do 350grams as well coming mainly from brown rice sweet potatoes fresh fruit very min whole grain pasta if any.
Fats will be around 80g coming from avocado and nuts.
Of course I'll be eating my greens. Mainly broccoli but other veggies as well like peppers carrots all that good stuff
Total Calorie intake should be right around 3500 a day. Depending how my body reacts I may drop down to 3000 of my BF doesn't drop like I want it too.
Training
I will be doing a push pull legs A and B with one day off a week unless I go to just do cardio and core. I can get into more detail on workouts if anyone wants.

Changed it up a bit. Gave the heavy weight a break and got one hell of a pump tonight. Gotta hit those fast twitch fibers from time to time.

Think it's getting close to time to take a few days off. My body feels broke down and beat the fuck up. Gonna at least take Friday and Saturday off for sure. May do the same on Sunday if I'm not itching to bad to get back.

Last update I can come up with for the moment is started tren a (normal ugl) last Thursday. Pinning 1.5cc eod. Current compounds
Test E 1 cc 2x week
Eq 1.25 cc 2x week
Tren A 1.5 cc eod (will be switching to fina here shortly and probably drop to 1cc eod to feel it out)
Test P .75cc eod

It was one of the best workouts I've had in a while for back. Wanted to pull more but I just did DL on Monday pretty heavy. Weighed in today at 206 and feeling pretty damn good. One more day of working out then at least 2 days off. Tren side are starting to show themselves. Night sweats. Find my self grinding my teeth for no apparent reason. Middle finger getting more use while driving. You know the normal shit lol. Should be switching to fina by the end of next week and then it's back to business to finish this shit out. Gonna put a few pics of now to see what kind of transformation it will have on me.
