Well fellas I've had a busy few days. Had a good back day yesterday and quick arm day today. Packing up the truck now and getting ready to head for the lake for a few days. It'll be nice to give myself a good 4-5 day break and finish up these last couple weeks of this cycle when I get back. Planning on packing on a few pounds while I'm down there. Lol.
