Well fellas that dinner/desert last night put me at 212 which is the heaviest I've ever been. Feel pretty lean too.

Back day today. I had a crappy workout. With zero motivation. Not sure my lifts weren't bad just did not want to be doing that shit tonight

The rest of the time I was toyin around with some different lifts and variations of what I already do. When I have bad days I don't want to workout I do that because it keeps me moving a bit longer plus I learn new stuff. I don't care how long you've worked out you can always learn something new everytime you visit the gym

You gotta set your goals higher than that brother. I'm just an average walker compared to some these guys. Always shoot as big as your imagination can come up with. Thank you though for the compliment. I feel like I have been out of my grove since vacation though. It's the support that guys like you give that keep me moving even when I don't want to.

Aww yes one of those nights lol. I like it when everything comes together an goes smoothly like that. Makes it very hard to leave because you never know what the next session will bring!
 
Found your log yesterday Rob. Read the whole thing from page 1. Great log brother. Definately inspires me for my current cycle. Trying to break 200 for the first time. After reading your log I'm convinced I'll do it. I just started week 2 so I've got plenty of time. Thanks for the inspiration. Keep killin it!

Yes. Im going to get it going this weekend. A little earlier than I wanted, but I gotta start sometime. a little nervous as itll be my 1st time ever logging and theres a lot of good ones on here. I feel like Im having a party and hoping people actually show up.

I was a bit nervous as well but I don't regret it one bit man. Ive had so much support and new ideas given to me I would have never made it as far as I have if I didn't make one. There are some good people on here that are willing to pass along great info. Get jt rolling and I'm sure people will hop on board.
