Summer cycle

Looks like today will be my last day. Gonna just cruise at trt level until probably December or January. So I may only track a few more workouts on here. Wanted to thank everyone for all the support and motivation. As said above I will probably stick to 8-10 week blasts. This winter will be all about gaining as much mass as possible. Gotta work towards 220-225 without going over 15% BF.

Its been a great log!! I would really like to see ya do another.

Initial thoughts were
Test e - 250mg ew
Test p - 450mg-525mg ew
NPP - 450mg- 525mg ew
If I do add an oral I was thinking along the lines of anadrol for max 3-4 weeks at a pretty low dose.

Great log. Hate that I won't be able to see/steal your workouts for a while. Lol

I have a few routines I wanna try and see how they work. I am planning on getting certified as a trainer this fall for something to do on the side. So once that happens I'll have to come up with routines for all types. So hopefully by my next log I'll have some new stuff to share with you guys.

Great log Rob, you squatted that 405 with ease, very impressive i say. Looking great to !!!
And im really blown away that you can lift the weights you do with the back issues you deal with.

I realize that certain injuries can truly prevent someone from doing certain things. But IMO most people can overcome anything with the right amount will and in my case stubbornness. Not doing those exercises was ever an option so I took every step and precaution I could and started small. I still can't do high reps but the weight seems to be ok with me. I spent month after month working nothing but my core so my muscles would reduce the strain on my spine and I guess it worked.

But thanks for the support man. It goes a long way

I'll keep it going for a few more days tried a few new things tonight so my workout will probably look like a cluster as usual.

50 x 8
35 x 12

For what it's worth, I don't think anyone would mind (quite the opposite actually) if you keep posting while cruising-- especially if it helps your progress and stay in check. Hell, you're still living the lifestyle right, gear is just a very small part of it!

Either way awesome log man it's been a great ride [emoji106]

Your Deadlift numbers...Wow...Wow.

This is exactly the log I needed to read. Thank you. Hard work in the gym. Very motivational. Helps me push forward through my back issues and see there is hope in lifting heavy weights again. Love the part were you pounded out 200 pushups, after your training, while drinking a protein shake. Keep the log going..... I'd still stay tuned/subscribed on or off cycle!

I'll keep it going for sure. I need to keep myself honest anyway. I'm glad I can help the community out. I know this place and its members have helped me more than I ever thought. There are lot of smart and inspiring people around here. Check out some of the other cycle threads too.
