Didn't realize how much that tren was holding down my appetite. I can't stop eating these past 2 days. My first lunch I had planned on eating 6oz chicken 6oz steak 1.5 cup rice and a medium sized sweet potato. I ate that and I was worse off than before. Had to go to Wendy's since it's quick and easy and grabbed spicy chicken sandwich 2 JBC medium fry. Hopefully that will hold me for a couple hours.

I noticed the same thing , when i cut the tren i had days when i literally could NOT stop eating. I felt like a fat ass, but after a few days of that i got it under control and when i checked the scale...... No harm done.

I've been super pumped about my chest workouts lately. I ate like a fat ass today and I think it gave me the extra strength I need to push a bit harder. I cleared 4500 cals by 1-2 this afternoon.
 
My appetite is out of control right now. I literally eat non stop all day. I haven't weighed in a few days kind of curious as to where I'm at. I have a few days to catch up on that I'll do after work. Friday was arms. Saturday I spent the day helping my wife with some fund raiser stuff. Sunday I knocked out some shoulders. Today will be chest. Honestly I have felt amazing since dropping everything but test. Im working my way down to trt level but I'm still at about 400-450 a week for this week then I'll drop down to 250 next week.

Felt pretty good tonight but could tell I did shoulders the day before. Incline was causing some mild discomfort. But no pain no gain.

It's funny because I've had to buy 34 pants for the first time in my life. Not so much for the waist but I couldn't fit my quads and butt in 32s anymore. This whole year has been gaining mass for me. I'll have to see if I can find a pic from last year when I could button 28s and still weight 190. That was the most miserable cut I've ever done. But I had some abs then lol
 
Your last set of BB Flat Bench was 185 for 35...Fuck it, I quit.
It makes my head spin...
That's my new goal...185 for 35. I'd be happy if that was my first set.

One of the guys I workout with is pushing me to get as close to 50 as I can. So I got a few more reps to go but I'll get there eventually
 
Did back tonight. Kinda jacked up my middle finger on the palm side crease. Feel like I busted a blood vessel or something. Has anyone else had this happen. I did it on my final DL attempt

I had a hard gripping anything so I called it for the night. It's got some mild swelling and kinda purple at the higher joint on the inside. No pain or anything until I apply pressure on that specific spot. Oh well hopefully it's good tomorrow. If not I'll wrap it with something and move on

As always very impressive weight. As for your finger, im thinking you have a minor tear n there. I wouldnt be that worried, just try to work around it, using wrist straps will probably help take the stress off it till it gets better.
