Finger still attached??

Man, I've been hitting those front squats worked up to 155 for 2 sets of 8 yesterday. No shoulder or lower back pain. Thanks to you and @Mr.B66

Finger was sore for about 24-36 hours then went back to normal. I think the tightness of straps and pressure of bar popped a blood vessel. It's all good now. I'm glad you stuck with those front squats. I like them because they seem to make my quads pump like crazy.
 
Chest night was great. I don't know why but switching down to trt level my strength is seems to be going ball up. I was 212 today and overall feeling has been great. I think the last cycle I did was pushing it in length. Just to much stress for too long

I think that has more to do with CNS and the way you was training more than the gear bringing you down. probably didn't deload enough IMHO

Thats it, I cant stand looking at it any longer. Im omw lol. I bet the 3 of us could smash that whole fucking thing after a good intense workout. I can always put away the food after I'm done hitting the weights. My body just screams "feed me fucker" lmfao;):):D:p:cool:

3 of us. Shit bro ill eat a whole pan by myself tonight lol. Then 3/4 of the other for my first lunch tomorrow. It's a bitch for me to maintain weight. But hey I can always make another one pretty quick for company lol

Haha that's what I'm talkin about bro;) Feed that machine:cool:!!! Damn I wonder how many calories are in one pan:eek:? Lol I bet a shit load:D Carb city here we come:p
 
Yea I wish I knew but the wife is a damn good cook. She handles most of the stuff in the oven and I do the grill. But I may have to add up the calories one time so I can track it.
 
Well looks like I'll be very limited to what I can do for a while. It appears I have a minor tear in my upper chest muscle fibers. It's my left side around the collar bone. Not sure exactly how long it'll take to heal but I'm sure it'll be a while. I've had some minor discomfort for a couple weeks then on Monday when I was benching I got a sharp pain racking the bar after my set. Talked to a couple guys that have a good background in lifting injuries and they said I either did it benching or deadlifting.

I went to the gym tonight for the first time since Monday to see what I could do with out aggravating it and looks legs are still G2G. I can do preacher curls. All my normal abs exercises were good. Tri push downs didn't seem to bother it too bad. Everything else sucked
