That looks great. I need to get a grill
I second this notion lol. I would love to have a big ol grill to cook several packages of different meats at once. Bbq'n it up the big dog way @ROB581211That looks great. I need to get a grill
Sunday
Didn't end up working out because we ended up helping out a veteran organization paint a few outdoor facilities and had some other running to do.
Today was chest and strength was through the roof. Haven't felt that strong in a while. About 8 days ago I decided to split my tren a dosage from 1 cc every day of component to .5cc component and .5cc my ugl tren every day and everything seems to be coming together for these last 10-15 days.

I haven't even attempted 405 in a long time but I felt on point today. I hope I can end this cycle with workouts like this one. Oh and I was 211 tonight and vascular as hell.
Beasting! My dream is to get 400 on the bench. Maybe oneday...
I grill at least 4 days a week if not more
I grill in rain snow sunshine day or night. I don't eat baked chicken. Been there done that too many timesI need to move to so cal so I can grill all year long. Fuck trying to man the grill in the middle of a chicago winter.
For all you big arm guys out there. When you train bis and tris what rep range and set range do you use and how heavy. I normally don't go overly heavy on arms and try to keep my reps at a minimum of 8-10. Normally in the 10-15 range. Should I up the weight and lower the reps to gain size? I've just been stuck and want some more size. Any and all advice is always welcome. Thanks in advance
I gonna reply not bc I have big arms, but bc I dream of having big arms.
I've always heard that heavy standing bb curls, 6-10 reps, are the way to build big biceps. Also incline db curls gives you a good stretch. Imo big triceps makes for big arms though. Heavy close grip 4-8 reps, v-bar or rope press downs 8-12reps, and overhead ext singles or together db 8-12reps. Skull crushers are also good, bring the bar back and past the bench you're lying on, if your elbows don't bother ya.
So yeah, up the weight and lower the reps imo. And hit em' twice or more per week.
I also read recently that tris respond great to heavy lower reps. Think weighted dips, close grips, that sort of thing.
Of course still should switch up how you hit your arms, but I'm definitely going to start hitting them with heavier weight more frequently, really training them.. Instead of just going in there on arm day and working up a crazy pump, like I find myself doing so often because it is is enjoyable.
