Summer cycle

Sunday
Didn't end up working out because we ended up helping out a veteran organization paint a few outdoor facilities and had some other running to do.

Today was chest and strength was through the roof. Haven't felt that strong in a while. About 8 days ago I decided to split my tren a dosage from 1 cc every day of component to .5cc component and .5cc my ugl tren every day and everything seems to be coming together for these last 10-15 days.

Flat BB bench
135 x 10
225 x 10 all 1 second pauses
315 x 3 1 second pauses
405 x 1 touch and go but ass stayed down
315 x 5 touch and go
245 x 12 touch and go
205 x 21 touch and go

Incline DB
90s x 12
90s x 12
90s x 12
90s x 12

Hammer strength incline
115lbs per side
4 sets of 12

Peck deck (I hate using this but all cables were taken)
150 for 7 sets of 12 with 30 second breaks.

I haven't even attempted 405 in a long time but I felt on point today. I hope I can end this cycle with workouts like this one. Oh and I was 211 tonight and vascular as hell.

Beasting! My dream is to get 400 on the bench. Maybe oneday...

4 plates on each side has always been my ultimate goal with bench. I am by no means consistent or pretty when I do it but I have hit it a decent amount of times and a few pretty clean. If you want it bad enough it'll come that's for sure. I can still remember the days where I needed help up with 50lbs DB on flat ooo. Just takes time and consistency. Use whatever it is you need rather it be anger or fear or any other emotion. I know I fear of that shit breaking my neck is what gets me through it sometimes.

For all you big arm guys out there. When you train bis and tris what rep range and set range do you use and how heavy. I normally don't go overly heavy on arms and try to keep my reps at a minimum of 8-10. Normally in the 10-15 range. Should I up the weight and lower the reps to gain size? I've just been stuck and want some more size. Any and all advice is always welcome. Thanks in advance

I gonna reply not bc I have big arms, but bc I dream of having big arms.

I've always heard that heavy standing bb curls, 6-10 reps, are the way to build big biceps. Also incline db curls gives you a good stretch. Imo big triceps makes for big arms though. Heavy close grip 4-8 reps, v-bar or rope press downs 8-12reps, and overhead ext singles or together db 8-12reps. Skull crushers are also good, bring the bar back and past the bench you're lying on, if your elbows don't bother ya.

So yeah, up the weight and lower the reps imo. And hit em' twice or more per week.

I also read recently that tris respond great to heavy lower reps. Think weighted dips, close grips, that sort of thing.

Of course still should switch up how you hit your arms, but I'm definitely going to start hitting them with heavier weight more frequently, really training them.. Instead of just going in there on arm day and working up a crazy pump, like I find myself doing so often because it is is enjoyable.

Lower reps and heavier weights it is fellas. I'll stick to the heavy shit on my Friday arm days and work in some moderate weight higher reps when I work my other muscle groups. That way both types of muscle fibers are being hit.

I started the log about a month or so before. I only got about a day or 2 left of tren. I was only gonna do a 16 week run which is my normal but extended a bit. But I'll be cruising for a 4-5 months starting in a couple days.

I normally run eq so I tend to do longer blasts. I think from now on I'll be doing 8-10 week blasts with shorter breaks. It wears on the body with those long blasts like that

Looks like today will be my last day. Gonna just cruise at trt level until probably December or January. So I may only track a few more workouts on here. Wanted to thank everyone for all the support and motivation. As said above I will probably stick to 8-10 week blasts. This winter will be all about gaining as much mass as possible. Gotta work towards 220-225 without going over 15% BF.
